This company was selected by the builder to complete the electrical work. Since inception when we moved into the house May 2021. We have been having a lot of electrical issues. Therefore the technicians have visited our home several times since we moved in. In April of 2022, we did an inspection of the property and there were several electrical hazards identified. Including the extreme sloppiness of the wiring in electrical panel .It was also noted that such wire extensions with wire nuts, wires cut too short, and lacked grouping etc. We reached out to AC electric, they sent a supervisor known as ***** and his team over on June 24th, 2022 where they worked on the wiring in the panel per the inspector notes among other things. We never entered into the panel since then. Monday, February 13th we realized that one of the outside gfi plug was not working (a plug that they previously worked on that we havent used) . I went into the panel i noticed some of the switches were loose and a safety lock hanging. I reached out to the company and they mentioned the warranty is expired since May 2022. This is something that they had worked on prior. It is a hazard and a safety issue. The company is also unethical because the technician mentioned he labeled the panel knowing that was not what was done. I would like the issue to be resolved in a timely manner especially seeing that this is an hazard. I have made attempts to work with company to have it resolved and they are reluctant in doing so.
