    Purchased Kick it Phone Stand on Mar 28, 2023, Total $14.90 USD came in color white. On Apr 5, 2023, emailed business stating "recently received my order (Ive ordered many times before thus you doubled my order thanks!) for Kick it Stand totaling $14.90. They were white and wondered if they were available in black and if so what is the process to exchange them? I dont recall if there was a color choice selection during the order process. Please let me know thank you!" No reply, On 4/19/23 I sent the item back in hopes for an exchange to black with original receipt and detailed written explanation of the exchange to black or full refund of $14.90 with no response. The return was via **** (Tracking #**** **** **** **** **** 82) results = "Delivered Delivered, Parcel Locker *************, ** *****. April 24, 2023, 3:01 pm. Your item was delivered to a parcel locker at 3:01 pm on April 24, 2023 in *************, ** *****.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
