    I ordered custom lighting for approximately &****** and it came and I paid for it in full and then I had it hung for $5600 from a contractor. The lights were made wrong but you could only see that after they were actually put together and hung- I was told by ***** the manager of Beautiful Things that they would be remade and replaced to the way that they were supposed to come, the way I ordered them. I was told by ***** the manager that Beautiful Things would cover the cost of rehanging the lights since it was their mistake and when they actually came many months later he refused to cover the cost and I had to pay another $5600 for these lights to be hung again.

     We told this customer from the very start that we would not be paying for any electrician fees to have the fixtures rehung. The price for installation was $2800 and not $5600. When the installer got to the customers location, the customer had the installer do additional work that was not related to the complaint. Not only that but the customer decided, after the fixtures were completely hung, that they wanted the electrical box to be moved, so the electrician had to take the fixture down, move the electrical box, and re hang the fixture. That alone was probably $1000 or more that the customer decided on their own they wanted. We have proof showing this customer is slandering our business.

    We are extremely disappointed to receive this complaint from you. In regard to the chandelier issues, we had to spend $10,000 on new crystals for you that we never charged you for, even though you had approved the original designs that were delivered. We spent our own money to have the chandeliers remade to your new specifications without charging you a single dollar. We offered countless solutions to make you happy and nothing seemed to satisfy you. Whats even more disappointing is that you are not telling the full story here and are slandering our businesses name when weve gone above and beyond to try to make you happy. Weve been in business for over 25 years and not a single customer has submitted a ******************** complaint. That is because **** consistently done our very best at keeping customers satisfied. It is unfortunate that we could not do that for you ***.
