*** Streada from consumers first title company **** is an incompetent title agent, who ruined my closing, over charged for the services and now holding our mobile home titles and not releasing those. Absolutely incompetent and greedy company.

This was a mobile home purchase which is different and more complex than a typical residential real estate transaction. We need to work with the buyer to obtain a paper title (similar to a car) and he has been uncooperative to the point that he became verbally abusive to myself and my associate and we had to tell him we will no longer work with him if he continues that behaviour. It is impossible for us to obtain the necessary documents without his cooperation. We have written correspondence to prove this.

With regards to our fees, the contract called for the buyer to pay both buyer and sellers fees and when it came time to close he complained that he was not going to pay because they were too much. In fact, what we charged the parties in this transaction is less than what we typically charge for a cash transaction as publicly published. We can provide proof of such.

Bottom line, we cannot provide him what he wants without his cooperation but we will not continue to be verbally berated. If he was cooperating but provided what we need, we could still work with him but he is not even providing us what we need and just continues to call and email us abusively.
