I hired Concrete Craft of Crestview to concrete stamp floors throughout home. Project began Sept 6th and end on the 10th but took longer. Contractor stopped multiple times to purchase supplies. When finally finished I was told to not walk on floors for 24 hrs. When able to go inside I found that floors were not complete, not sealed, parts flaking off and cracking, appliances and toilet are cemented around so unable to move if needed to replace. Baseboards are stained and covered with concrete over spray, cabinet doors, doors and walls, and appliances stained with color. Multiple spots are uneven resulting in a trip hazard. I can't even put my furniture in because the floors so uneven. Looks horrible! Contacted Mr & Mrs Brown to discuss & schedule date for him to look at floors, also sent him a message that I would be stopping payment on final check due to the condition of the floors. When he came to inspect he told me "yes this is not right" I will fix this. Back and forth emails, they stated that floors were finished and the work would fall under warranty but would NOT complete until I paid the balance due. I told them these issues (floor not being sealed, level, etc.) should not fall under warranty because floors were not completed. Mrs. Brown stated that these items would be alterations/additional work. I explained the application wasn't evenly disbursed to no avail. I asked Mrs. Brown several times to come to see the floors personally but she did not. Instead she chose to file a complaint against me charging fraud, because I stopped payment on the final check. There was no sealing off and completing 1 room at a time as described on the website, therefore I have cement dust all over EVERYTHING in my home, from dishes/food in the cabinets to the A/C coils. The company website claims that all franchisees attend concrete college and are highly trained, also guarantees craftsmanship. This is NOT what I experienced. Website very misleading!
