    I hired *************************** to install about 40 ft. of flooring in a hallway. The installation was poorly done. Not only are the boards, misaligned, a sign that this is not a professional installer, but he has left urethane adhesive all over the surface. They promised on several occasions to return and clean it up. This was over a week ago and now they have stopped responding to all his text and do not answer the phone. I went to a local flooring supply store to see what I could do and tried to clean it off myself using a product designed for this purpose. I was told that it may or may not work. It did not work. I later learned online that once the material has cured, it is impossible to remove without removing the entire surface of the finished flooring. Not only is the flooring unacceptable now they have created a problem, where I need to find someone to remove this flooring at an additional cost, and need more material. Included below are pictures of the work along with other complaints I later found for the business on yelp. They have changed their name a few *********************** and I can see why. They are trying to run away from the bad reputation they continue to build. I want to company to rumor turn the money I paid them as well as an additional $400 for the cost of the material as well as removal of the shoddy work they did. I do not under any circumstances want them to try to correct the work themselves, I dont want them anywhere near my house.

    we have been doing floors and bathroom for 5 years and we only had 2 or 3 costumers problemtic the rest are really very happy with our work

    in this case we write twice to the costumer to comeback to rectify the job and never answer and I have the chat as proof so she prefer to do that 

    it is a a personal decision 

    we were ready to help but no answer
