      I order a sofa in November of last year. I was told it was Ill be 90 days to get here. Then when February came they told me its going to be the end of the month. Then the beginning of march and then end of march. Now they will bo longer pick up the phone or answer emails. I have just tried to get my money back due to I paid in full already.

      I ordered a sectional couch in November. Said it would be delivered in February. I havent got it and the salesman (*****) has texted me saying it is delayed in shipment. Then he stopped communicating with me and the website has no info and I called customer service and the phone is no longer working. Now he hasnt texted me back in 10 days. The website says everything is sold out!

      March 12 2023 Ordered June 2023 delivery of furniture July *********************************************** bed function of the Sofa --Claim raised according to seller's advise --technician visited on and cannot fix he recommended replacement --replacement ordered 8/23 --replacement never received till 1/24, today Aug 2023 extra seats ordered consulting sales team Nov 2023 extra seats delivered --Delivery/Install professional reported the extra units cannot be fixed to existing unit, they must.--I notified seller on the same day of delivery, right away --seller advised to raise claim and have technician visit and tech might have to leave some rips and extra drills to fix their fault and they will not refund -- I asked them to replace as this is a fresh order and it should be made perfectly to fit existing --They instead asked me to go through their process and promised as per process if this cannot be fixed it will be replaced.None of their promises were fulfilled.Technician visited, he cannot fix it, he made the whole sofa look crooked, he added more holes and rips to the fabric.Now they are evading my calls and emails and texts, they do not respond and if they do, the only thing they say is they are not going to replace *anything* and the management has not given any direction as of today to do anything about these outstanding claims.This is outright cheating, breach of contract, breach of any form of ethics.Now I want them to replace this whole furniture with brand new since they have not fulfilled my claims. I am tired running behind them like a dog for 4 months. I am looking forward for complete refund or complete replacement of this whole sofa - A brand ************* U sectional I cannot believe someone can cheat customers in this manner.They admitted to the fault They agreed to fix They approved the claim Now they are completely silent. Have not fixed 1 issue(bed pull out) for 5 months now and 2 defective delivery issue for 3 months

      a sofa was delivered on about feb. 10th and 5 days after i put in a request to have someone check the sofa because the material was damaged. they sent a service tech out said it was damaged by the pets i have. i also have another part of sofa that has no damage to it so that would also be damaged. but it is not. they assumed because i have pets that it was done by the pets. i am looking for a replacement of the sofa that was delivered.

      I purchased this sofa march 2022. Spent **** on this sofa. Took 6 months to arrive which is fine. March 2023 I reached out due to the leather already peeling off sofa. **************** said they will order a replacement at that time but wouldnt arrive until November. Continued to try and get an update between those times with no update. Had my husband reach out November. **************** said now December. December happened and no update. Reached out again end of December and they said now January. Received info today that looks like its now Feb due to no one ordering replacement. We have already spent 900 on fixing our old cushion due to the lack of customer service and information. Looking for reimbursement since the couch should NOT have fell apart already and this should NOT COME OUT OF OUR POCKETS FOR THEIR QUALITY.

      I purchased this couch two years ago and was never offered a warranty thought the leather was and craftsmanship was guaranteed but I was sadly mistaken. Just this year in August my couch began to have small tears out of nowhere. We barely sit on it so it didnt make any sense. Then we started noticing the seams were coming loose. I have never had anything like that happen before. I contacted the company and it took months for them to come back with the 2 year warranty was expired and the only thing they could off was us repurchasing another piece at a discounted price. I had to idea that they even offered an extended warranty. Its unfortunate for me or any customer that its not offered and then because I contacted them hem in August and the purchase was in May that they cant help. Mind you my couch took 12 to 14 weeks to be made and sent to me. So when I purchased it it wasnt even made but Im being held to the purchase date. All I wanted was it repaired I didnt want a new piece just for them to stand by the product.

      We spent over $16,000 on two couches and a coffee table from this company, and as we expressed before, we are entirely unsatisfied with the couches. The whole process of getting in touch with someone its been challenging.Initially, we were told the couches would be delivered to our house in November, so we called to confirm and were told they would get them delivered before Christmas. Once again, I called to confirm the date, but I was told I would get them delivered at the beginning of the following year because the company was busy delivering other orders. I then decided I wanted to cancel the order because they were in breach of contract, but as soon as I said that, the person on the phone promised to deliver the couches the next day; this person also offered an Amazon Echo and others as gifts because of the delay (which, by the way, we never got) During the delivery, the guys in charge (two men) put the couch in the wrong place, and when we requested them to move it, they didnt want to, and they asked us to pay them for their work, once again I had to call Sofa Dreams to tell you the situation so the delivery people can make it right. After settling down in our new home and trying the couches, we realized they were too uncomfortable to sit on and we pretty much felt scammed, we called, emailed, and even got people to the house to inspect the couches. Also, its important to note that we just received the charger for the table we received in December. We havent had the opportunity to use all the features of the $1,000 coffee table until now. We have emails and phone call records to back up all these claims. We have been trying to get in touch with Sofa Dreams for so long (over a year) but we have not received an answer, they even hang up the phone on us, ignore the emails and they say our claim is closed.

      I ordered over $20000 worth of furniture from this company back in May of 2021. I never received all of My furniture so they refunded me a portion of my money after waiting 6 months. The furniture that I did receive was missing pieces and was never properly assembled. I spent over $5000 on a king sized bedroom set that it's supposed to have lights on the side of it that has never worked since I purchased this bed I have emailed the claims department I have talked to people in customer service and have just been giving the run around for over a year now. I have also been cussed out and hung up on by a guy named ***** who answers the phone no matter whether you call the ******* location or the ***** location the same guy answers both phones. At this point the only resolution I am looking for is a refund.
