On August 31, 2024 a Fresh-Air repairman said my A/C was not working due to a $275 part gone bad. He told me he replaced the part and charged me $390 which included labor, service call and tax! On November 24th my heat was not working so I called a different A/C Contractor to check out my unit! When this repairman opened my unit he told me whoever serviced my unit last CUT many wires to put in a bypass INSTEAD of replacing the non working part which I was charged $275 for.

Responding to the complaint from ***** *******. The client had an issue with his AC that was not cooling so after reviewing the unit, we discovered that the unit had to be replace for a new unit to avoid future issues, but at that moment the client did not have budget for a new unit, sine he wanted the unit fix immediately because it was summertime. So, we installed a relay that way the unit will start cooling sine it was very hot that day. He then called in November when the temperature was cooling down it was during the Thanksgiving holiday, and we were on break since this is a season that we do not have a lot of work. Now we do not have any problems returning the clients' money back via ***** or check whatever works for the client.
