    Prado Apartments uses Spectrum for community wide internet. Recently, Spectrum had two outages that impacted a vast majority of ***********. I spoke with the resident in office and asked about her complaint. She stated that the complaint was meant for Spectrum since they provide the internet. We've given the account a credit for the days down although we are not the utility provider. She had some confusion on us being a ******************** They SmartHome features are free and without charge or penalty.
