    I signed a contract for solar and back porch. They installed my solar but solar didnt pass the state inspection and a year later my back porch is not installed. Try to call almost every week no answer.

    I signed contract in August 2022 for solar and home improvement. They were quick to put in solar but almost a year later I still haven’t seen my fence, gutters and concrete. The company is not reliable at all. They never have a timeline, no answers and no help. If you see good reviews do not be deceived because it comes from their own workers. Don’t use this company.

    please anyone that read reviews please read all the negative, I’ve had such horrible experience with this company. They did an extension screen in patio on my house, before the project got started my father had called them and ask for an estimate to see how much it’ll cost to get the back extension going. My father was please and happy with the salesman so he proceeded to file all paper work to get the project going, so one evening my father wanted me to meet with one of the salesman to fill out some form since the house is mine and it was under my name, I signed paper work with out reading because I notice my dad trusted these people, fast forward to January of this year I notice the house was not under my name, I’ve called my realtor to help me figures out what happen, until we have figured out that the paperwork that was given to me back in July when the salesman meet with me was a quick claim deed he had me signed, absolutely it is my fault for not reading the paperwork so I absolutely take partial blame for that but that’s when everything when down hill. I went personally to the office to get answers. No one has a clue to why they give customer quick claim deeds to signed. We were never told that my house will be taken away of my name all that we were told that what I was signing as a owner just permission to my father for the project. I have called numerous of time to the owner for him to tell me he will call but has never called me. They didn’t care nor had no urgency to resolve my issue, absolutely I was frustrated, mad. There’s no words to describe my anger but just with hate for the owner and the company because they don’t care about there customer all they care about is taking money at any cost. The project was completed but even at the end there guys left a mess in the back didn’t clean left stain just pure horrible job, unfortunately I didn’t know what to as much as i wanted to take a different route but I want everyone els to please be careful

    My name is Ariel ****** and I bought solar panel with this company. My usage is about 12 KW per year so I requested to get 15 KW. after all the talk, we both agreed that I was going to get the 15Kw/ Year. The reason why I request more than my usage was that solar panels decrease to production by 0.8. The install took a long time (like 4 months) and they told it was due to permits and other stuff which I was okay with. I have had the solar installed for 4 months and tracking my production I have noticed that every month, I get a bill from Duke. So I called Duke and they said there is not problem on their end and the reason why I am getting a bill is because the solar system is not big enough to cover my usage. I called enphase enlighten which is the company that makes my solar panels and the told that my max production on my system is 10.50 kw per year. So the sales person lied to me and told me that I was going to get 15 Kw. On my agreement, it had a section where it says my solar system size is 10,53 Kw which I asked him and he said " that is just the size" so he pointed to the estimate year production where it says 14.70 KW. The sales person does not take my calls or anything.

    Please people open your eyes with this guys Just looking for people to take their money.

    As everyone can see on my first comment, the first time I reached to this people was in DEC-2022 and it is already 3-20-23 and I am still dealing with my issue. On Feb 15th, I spoke with the company's owner and we both agreed that on on March 15,2023 he was going to call me with a final resolution. The day came and he never called or anything. Two Days and one day before this appointment, I texted him to confirmed the appointment and he never answered. This issue has caused me lot of stress when the only thing I tried was to safe money on my monthly bill. They always post comments here to look good but in reality they haven't done anything to fix my issue. They claim, they know what they are doing but, just look at the dates. I can't understand how they are rated A+ with all the lack of service they have. I wish this page allows me to post the agreement and the actual production for every one to see. Note: I am only looking get, what I paid for. If it is needed. I will get a lawyer to help me with this issue but I hope we can fix it without going that far.

    The best company, they are honest, they are working with the community. They have the best prices in town. I recommend My Next Home Improvement because they built all the projects on my house fast and with quality. Ask for Jared *******, he is the best and his knowledge about all their products and his customers service is the best one.
