  Worst experience I have dealt with in terms of customer service. The employees kept referring to me as a woman because I have a Shrilly voice, regardless of countless corrections, they towed my car WITHOUT a 24 hr notice, and when asking for a manager they refused. This happened on two occasions when I attempted to speak to a manager on 5/18/2024 and 2/20/2024. 250$ to get my car back without reimbursment because I illegally parked in from of my own house. This is unheard of. If you have a policy, stick to it and dont give spiteful attitude to the ones calling in for information. The discrimination was baffling.

  liars! dangerous! the manager doesn't welcome people! incriminate the victims. They tow cars without proof of illegality! falsify evidence! They break cars when towing and don't pay for the damage! They don't return emails! They are not responsible for their illegal acts! they slander the victims! criminals! My car was completely broken by them when they towed! They went to take photos of the broken car the other night and they are claiming that I was the one who did the damage! They have no evidence to tow my car! my car was towed and was parked in front of the building! There is only one photo from that day! The next photos they sent saying that my car was already broken are edited and were taken on another night and my car was already in another space and parked with its back to the building. This proves that they falsified a test to avoid paying for my loss! the insurance company is no good either! They accepted the falsified photos as evidence to avoid paying for my losses! I called the police as a witness. how many people will need to be injured I lost a 10-hour day of work! They are criminals! bandits! bad character! they never have enough evidence to simply tow the cars! and no one ever questioned it! absurd! where is the justice? What are you doing about it? Has no one noticed that they are robbing people in front of anyone? ****** care! But Ill find them at the court!

  BBB they are rated an "F" for a reason!Terrible company, they don't care if your right in front of the car they are going to lift it & try to take it! If I was not awake 1:30am in my nightgown & called Police HYDRA Recovery DOT#********, Dundee,Fl tried to take my car from my apart. lot b c my car was over white line parked.Sneaky company & people! I Ran down 4 flights of stairs before they did anything & they expected me to pay $ for their drop fee in my nightgown! Robert said," oh you have a Mercedes, you think you can park any way you want?" Obviously targeting my car! Robert said it was a "Public parking lot" not! It was in my my apart. building, *******, with sticker.Robert, said my car was a little over a white line. I said I would move it,he didn't care & poceded to Video tape me in my nightgown after I told him I was naked underneath getting ready for bed.I called my daughter to come to help me. I didn't have $ to give him. He would Not stop putting my tires up on elevated wheel tacks! I had to shout up to my daughter inside the building 4 the floor get my wallet & call 911. They are trying to take my car. Robert had his worker, do the work.He keep filming me! I told him to stop video taping me.2nd guy almost ran into me with big pole. He tried to accuse me in nightgown, not to touch him. No, way I would touch either of these creeps, trying to take my car.All in front of my Minor child tramitizing her. He was calling me names & insulted me. Police came (3) of them. Robert was laughing the whole time. I told him to stop laughing you think this is funny? He kept Video taping me in my nightgown. He tried lie to Police right in front of me!He took a picture of my Driver's license without any explanation. I called his Supervisor,Spanish accent man on the phone stood behind Roberts lies.I said no, I told him I didn't have any $ bc I was in my nightgown 1:30 AM He Only takes cash.The Police told me to watch out for him he will target my car again! horrendous

  Hope so I leave less than a 1-star review? Anyways, my car was towed from a parking spot in my apartment complex due to an expired tag (which is already very odd as you would think having your car parked outside your home that they can’t do this). When I went to get it out of the tow yard I noticed major damage to the passenger side. Of course when I told them of the damage they caused the man vehemently denied any wrongdoing in their part. I want to also note that they did not allow anyone else to come in the tow yard with me to get my car back (after paying) I had to go alone with a man in this tow yard that was in a random area not even near their office. (Very scary for a woman who’s by herself) I can’t believe this can be legal. No warning and absolute denial that it was their company that caused the damage to my car. Also refused to provide photos of my vehicle that they are required to take before towing and it’s obvious why they do not want me to see them. I’ve filed a police report.

  I have a very large pick up truck, had to park my one back tire over the line since the car next to me wasn’t parked within their lines. I was barely in the next spot. Upon exiting my vehicle, I made sure the vehicle next to me was able to pull out of the sport without issues. This tow company took my vehicle which was in a Celebration apartment complex where the truck resides and has a “resident sticker.” After calling the police thinking it was stolen, I was given their information. The so called company is located off of Highway 27 with zero signage or office. It’s basically a chain-link fence behind Zaxby’s. Being a female, trying to pick up my car and a place that doesn’t look like a company was extremely concerning. They charge $225 to release my vehicle that was there less than 12 hours. To take my time to fill this out and file a complaint says a lot about their establishment and my experience dealing with them. Not only is it price gouging, but if this is a real company, I would think they would have to establish proper or any type of signage. Somebody needs to look into this company!

  Huge scam. We're told to call to report guests so they don't get towed and those are the ones getting towed..they're also supposed to give a warning and don't.
