I've lived here since 2016 and never caused any problems, always pay my rent on time, etc...There is constantly an issue getting anyone to answer the phones and whenever it's lunch time they now completely lock/close the office during that time. I don't know what happened to this place but I am so disgusted it seems as if no one wants to work at all. They have also made it increasingly difficult to drop off the rent checks in the last year by removing the rent drop off box outside the office. Basically, if the office is closed or they decide to close, which has been whenever they feel like lately, you are out of luck unless you pay the rent online. I use checks for accounting purposes and refuse to go online to pay. Just recently they closed on Sunday July 3rd without telling any of us so we had to rush the checks to the office after the July 4th holiday and hope they would not charge a late fee, which they claimed they would "waive" this time but at the same time telling us to pay our rent on time, as it was something where we just did not pay the rent. I work late hours and cannot drop the check off exactly on the 1st sometimes. We technically have until the 3rd but once again they decided, without telling any residents, that they "...will now close on Sundays moving forward."
