I registered a new website domain without privacy protection. This company ( VAP Global LLC at ************* ) found my phone number and called offering Search ******************* Services and other services to drive traffic to my website.Their contract (ATTACHED) promised that they would provide a long list of services that would drive traffic to my website. For example, on their contract (attached) it says in bold red letters that they would write numerous blog articles and post it to my website and this would help drive traffic to my website. On June 15th 2022, I made a payment of $250 via pay pal for ONE MONTH of this service.I filled out a questionnaire (attached) stating my target market. During that 1 month period, they did not provide any of the services listed on their contract. They did not post any blogs on my website during that month. They did not do any services listed on their contract. There is no evidence that they provided any service listed on their offerings. They did not drive any traffic to my website.INSTEAD, at the end of the month period, July 13, they sent me an email (ATTACHED) stating "we are not able to understand what client wants to target " Today is July 15th, 2022. I have requested a refund of my $250 in three separate emails for their breach of contract because they did not provide any of the services they listed on their contract. They refuse to refund my $250 dollars after 3 requests. Since they did not do anything on their contract list, during that 1 month period, I do not have any confidence in their ability to provide this service. I simply want a refund of my $250 because they did not perform the activities as promised.Attached is 1. Receipt of my $250 Dollar payment via Pay Pal 2. Email from ************************* with their contract icon below.3. pdf of their promised services.4. pdf of the market questionnaire i delivered to them.5. July 13th email stating they do not understand the project.
