I am so happy with my impact door!!! Owner came out gave an estimate lower than other companies, kept me up to date after ordering door, and during installation. Owner and crew are professional, clean, and courteous. Crew covered all furniture and cleaned up afterwards. Took pride in finishing door making it perfect! I recommend to anyone who is needing to replace windows/doors with impact windows/doors. Couldn't have been happier to have chosen Emerald Impact Windows & Doors.Emerald Impact Windows & Doors LLC

The communication was my favorite part of the experience. Very easy to contact to clear any questions alot doubts i may have had. Installation was super clean and done to perfection. 4 starsAbout 6 months ago I had all of my windows and doors, including French doors, replaced by Emerald Impact Windows and Doors. I was impressed with the gentleman who came to give an estimate because he was very thorough and the pricing was considerably less than other estimates I’d received. When the product was delivered I find out he, ***** *****, is the owner and that kind of humility goes a long with me. Throughout the project he followed through with his main goal to make sure I was happy with the product and final results of the job. I am so pleased that I have referred 5 people to him because of his work ethic and job well done. One of those 5 people I referred to him recently had a front door installed by Emerald Impact and they too are very happy with their work and finished product. My front door was already installed and later I noticed imperfections within the glass. I contacted ***** and he immediately contacted the manufacturer, Mr *****, for replacement. Thankfully they came and replaced the glass a few months later and the glass was removed and replaced in less than an hour. One thing to remember with any construction job like this, that there will be a dust residue left behind. They covered all the furniture and floors to minimize the amount of dust left behind and cleaned up as much as possible when they completed each day. So if you’re looking for a great price and beautiful new windows and doors I would have no reservations in recommending ***** ***** and Emerald Impact Windows and Doors.
