      On April 8th I sent a ecm for a 2005 ******** c240 to Auto Module Source. I was then told they could not find a replacement ecm to clone the original and they would send the original one back and I would be refunded my money. I did receive the original ecm back but have never received the money in my bank account. I have tried multiple times to contact them and have spoken to **** in the office and she says I need to email ****************************** for the book keeping department but get no reply from anyone at that email. **** or anyone else I speak with has an answer to where my money is or when I will get my money back and was told they have done all they can do. I uploaded the original quote I was sent the day I paid them to do the work they did not do.

      I ordered a computer that did not work, I sent it back and have not received a refund. They put me on hold and ignore me. I have now read their reviews and found out Im far from the only one with these problems.

      A FICM was ordered and they have sent me a broke one and the complete wrong one. They have refused to give me a refund, and have blocked my number. I sent in my old one and the core charge alone is $500.00.

      On October 11, 2023, I purchased a Engine *** for my 2011 Dodge Dakota Truck. The total purchase price was $1079.00, which I paid with my credit card. I received the *** about 2 weeks later. My mechanic installed the *** in my truck, but it did not work. After several attempts I called Auto Module Source, *** and informed them that the *** did not work for my truck and received a return authorization. Auto Module Source, *** sent me instructions on how to return the ***. On 11/03/23 I returned the *** to Auto Module Source, ***, for a full refund of the purchase price. which they received on 11/06/23 at 10:54 AM. Auto Module Source, *** informed me that it would take 30 to 45 days to receive my refund. After 45 days I contacted Auto Module Source, *** concerning my refund. I was told that the information had been given to bookkeeping for processing. I wait 2 more weeks and called again. I was told again that it was in bookkeeping being processed. At this point 101 days had passed since the 45 day refund period. I called again and **************** gave me the email address to bookkeeping. I sent the bookkeeping Department an e-mail concerning my refund. to date I have not had any communication from the bookkeeping department. Two weeks ago I call **************** again. The representative in **************** told me that the refund request had been sent to bookkeeping and was out of her hands, she had done her job and it was out of her hands. I asked her if she could contact bookkeeping and see what was going on with the refund. She told me she could not. It has been 92 days since the end of the 45 day refund period. I decided to contact the BBB to see if you can help before I file legal action against Auto Module Source ***.

      I recently purchased a ECM for my truck from this business. I paid for a remanufactured ECM and they sent me one that looked ok but after trying it in the truck, it was clear it did not work. I tried to contact the business several times before finally getting ahold of someone. I was told to send back the defective unit and they would work with me to fix the problem. I sent back the defective unit and tracked the order to see that it had been received. I waited a week after it was received to get an update. I called twice and was forwarded to voicemail. I finally called again and spoke to someone who told me they just received it... which was a lie because the tracking indicated they had received it a week ago. She then told me she would have to get with the technician to figure something out... so it sounded like they hadn't looked at it at all. I asked when could I get an update. I was told in a few hours but no one ever called back and now when I call I get sent to voicemail immediately. I spent $1000 to get nothing and now don't even have the original core I sent them. To get a new ECM is $6000 which I cant afford and I cant get a remanufactured one because I don't have a core to trade.

      Bought and returned ECM in July and still have not got my refund. I have filed a complaint but have had no response from BBB or store

      They said they couldn't do anything now since it's being investigating. I do have the invoice if they say they don't have one

      We paid $1000.00 for a ECM computer on 01-17-23 we waited 3 months for it after getting the runaround and we finally got it and it was no good. We sent it back and they assured me that we would get the refund within 30 days its been 48 days and they are now ignoring me and hanging up on me. **** keeps telling me that bookkeeping hasn't answered but, now she wont even answer me. This is horrible.

      Ordered computer 27Jan2023 received 3 each bad computers. After I received the 3RD bad computer it was obvious that Auto Module Source could not produce a serviceable part. Their policy is that I could return within 15 days after that 25% restocking fee applies. I returned all three parts within 15 days of receipt. I should not have to pay this fee! They could not produce a serviceable part, there fore I should not have to pay for their inability to do what they advertise. I have sent emails and spoken with the warranty department and so far nothing! TO DATE: ordered-on 27 Jan 2023 COST: $1500 plus RESULTS: 3 each bad computers, NO FOLLOW-ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO FAR NO REFUND.

      I purchased a PCM for a **** dodge ram on 2-3-23 for ******* dollars. When I received the pcm, it was installed the way they recommended and the truck would not accept the part as it was not programmed according. I then repackaged and returned the item the following day and had it 2nd day aired backed to them. I was told it would be 30 day before I could get my refund. That was over 60 days ago. They have become rude and non responsive now and have put me in a bind financially because I had to buy the part from another company and havent gotten my money back from them. I have no more time for their games and I would like to pursue ball avenues that are available to me. These people need to be taught a ****** on playing with peoples livelihoods.
