Our 2020 dodge Durango was taken to university Dodge and ram two weeks ago. Diagnostics work done after holding the vehicle for five days we were told all that was needed. The initial complaint was the car was not fully turning over to start. The technician heard the issue and said it was the starter in the water pump which was replaced for over $3000. The vehicle was returned and the problem still continued. We took the vehicle back one day later and we were told it was the fuel pump and the **** wire this is an additional $2989 after which the technician said he heard and fix the initial problem. Im still having the same issue with no resolve from university Dodge Ram. Be aware they appear to scam consumers.

**** ******* of University Dodge Ram has confirmed that Quartaze ******* purchased a vehicle in 2021. The last time Quartaze brought in the vehicle to the dealership was 2022 for warranty repair. The extended warranty for the vehicle expired in December. University Dodge Ram asked Quartaze to contact his warranty company and see if they will help him with the repair and if not the dealership will try to see if stalantis will goodwill the repair or assist with the cost. Quartaze agreed and will contact University Dodge Ram after he speaks with his warranty company. Quartaze has stated that he will not remove the review until he finds out the results of his stalantis warranty.

I went with my son to purchase a truck. The sales man was polite as we were going through the numbers I pulled out proof of advertising made by the dealership where it states for Black Friday the will take an additional 1000. Off the price of the car ,well thats where it started getting ugly the following manager **** ********* came into the picture arguing and being verbally abusive a period of time he granted the what was advertised but there is also a video clip on instagram clearing stating that ****** was going to be shaved off the original mfrp He became more irate insulted me and grabbed the papers I had in my hand shouted that I fJed it up for my son. I stepped out of the dealership where I was met not by one but by 2 salesmen apologizing for that mans behavior and the way I was treated. If you look at their website on instagram you will see the remarks left due to the false advertising they do..mind you i doubled check to see if there was any disclaimer on the 2 ads I submitted. If you are a women they have no issue using intimidation and bullying tactic

Service advisor/ manager ******* is up charging customers for basic vehicle maintenance. Making up prices with no verification. University Dodge are not holding their employees to industry standards. As they have done poorly servicing my vehicle and possibly putting my family in danger. I received my vehicle in a worse condition after having service done. No one at Dodge is taking any type of responsibility.

If a phone number can be included in this review or ***** can respond back to the dealership; it would greatly increase the chances of satisfying any outstanding concerns.

I sent a request for a price on a vehicle that was on their website. I received the answer from an employee at their email address. I requested the complete price excluding only Taxes, tag, and title. The employees responded "The Internet price, plus $999 dealer fee." I got the listed 'Internet Price' and sent a confirmation email with 'The Price+ $999 = $X' and asked $X correct? The employee confirmed it. When I went to the dealer the next day. I showed the salesperson the emails. They refused to honor the quoted price. They wanted to add thousands in fees. This is deceptive and dishonest.

University Dodge *** offered *************************;the vehicle for the original price quoted after multiple correspondence and haggling back and forth. University Dodge *** asked multiple times if *************************;agrees to the quoted price, to let the General Manager know the day and time and the truck will be held. University Dodge Ram did not hear back from *************************** and there was unfortunately no agreement that could be met in this instance.

I took my truck to them due to my truck giving me a signal that said engine hot. They had the truck for two weeks with no communication from them at all. I finally got a hold of them and they told me that I needed a new radiator and a new thermostat. The work was performed, and I got my truck back. I drove the truck 8 miles and the same engine hot signal came back on. I took it back to them and after a week of being in there now I am being told that I need a new radiator hose and a new thermostat housing. They want to charge me $800 more over the original $1,500 from the original work performed. Why would this not get caught when they changed the radiator and the thermostat? This is definitely a bad job done and now they want to over charge me for something that should have gotten done in the first place. Do not do any business with these people. Bad communication and obviously they do not care for their customers.

*************************;brought the vehicle into University Dodge Ram with a burning smell, hissing noise and an overheating concern. ***********;had a car shield warranty. This warranty company pays a portion of the amount covered for parts and labor. The total bill was $1,654.43. Carlos paid $778.58 which included the new radiator and thermostat. The radiator had a verifiable and visual leak and needed to be replaced. The thermostat was internally failing, leading to improper readings. Once the repair was complete, a test drive was conducted and shown to correct all of the concerns ****** had. After picking up the vehicle Carlos reported a similar issue reoccurring. University Dodge Ram performed multiple compression tests due to how hard the second leak was to detect. The technicians found that the thermostat housing had a hairline fracture where the upper housing meets the radiator hose causing a slight leak. ******************************* warranty does not have radiator housing or radiator hose listed as a covered item and the insurance declined to pay for the repair. The repairs performed on the ***************************;vehicle were necessary to correct the concerns. Although the final repair was quoted at roughly $850, University Dodge Ram discounted the repair in the name of good customer service to $657. ******************** Ram suggests ***********;contact their warranty company and ask them for assistance on the repair and potentially they will provide some refund towards the cost of the non-covered repair.

I purchased a Ram 1500 in May, 2024 and had it delivered from ******* to **********. The salesman stayed in touch through the initial process. The listing online stated no body damage and no accidents. The picture online looked to be in good condition. I received the Ram a week later than promised and had to initiate contact to receive any updates on delivery. When I received the Ram, it had 2 deep dents in the passenger side door area and a 2 foot long deep scratch across the passenger side door. When I questioned the salesman, he said the damage was displayed in the photo online. I showed him what was posted and then sent what I received. He said hed work to get me gas cards and see if he could provide any payment for me to conduct body work. Then I followed up daily for updates and was told he was waiting for approval to send $500. I havent received anything and now havent received any contact at all. When I call the office the line doesnt pick up and the salesman hasnt responded to my texts now. Seems like this is their practice and no one cares to change it.

When working with our out of state guests it is important to University Dodge Ram to ensure that any defects are clearly posted in all online pictures. During the sales process University Dodge Ram sends additional photo's and then once again before the transportation loads the vehicle on the truck. The dent on the truck was clearly displayed online in multiple photo's plus in the transportation text to **************************;before the vehicle left the University Dodge Ram dealership location.

They have had my car for three weeks with no real progress. Mind you, my car is a dodge. The same brand that they sell. I have been calling and calling and calling to let them know that I must have my car. In the past week, they have just been dodging my calls with still giving me empty promises and lies. Horrible horrible horrible service! If I could give it a zero star, I would.

I think this dealership is one of the worst ever. When they sell you a used car they said everything was done to the car. Not an oil change, air filter or engine oil done to the car. Apparently when you leave your SUV to have the hood fixed due to Manufacturer error, they use your vehicle to so as they say to pick up the hood which I might add a hood does not fit in my vehicle. I would like to know how a huge dealership does not have their own truck to do these errands. On top of that they go on turnpike knowing that the bill will come to the owner of the vehicle. I complained and the customer service manager said would pay the bill & still nothing has been paid. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

They are the absolute worst dealership I've ever dealt with. My Nitro was brought to them with an appointment on January 10, was finally called to pick up on January 27. It is an air conditioner flap that was wrong. The Nitro was picked up and we had a few days of cool weather so air was not used. Turned on air on February 8 and it does not work still. Nothing was fixed they just took my money and pretended like they worked on it after having the car for 2 and a half weeks. My Husband went in person on the 8th and was told guarantee if I left it that day nothing was going to be done before the following week. Again made appointment for Monday Feb 12 to bring in. Called today the 14th and it hasn't even been looked at. This job has already been paid at what point does a person become priority. I wouldn't get another Dodge from here if they gave it for free. I will continue to give a bad review on every social media out there. I want what was paid for and I want my car back.
