    I was upsold a package for individual spray tanning by a technician and I paid in advance. At the time they were advertising this service online and on groupon. I am a regular customer of spray tan by a technician only and tried out B Tan. The woman who used to work there was very kind and offered me a discount on two spray tans by the technician, and I paid upfront. I called back to schedule the spray tan by the technician, and the employee advised me that they no longer offer a spray tan service by a technician as they no longer have a technician and cannot offer the service. The employee was actually the ** and manager and insisted and gaslighted me that I purchased a different service and she would not refund my card after discontinuing the service I paid for. I will also be reporting the B Tan franchise to the attorney general for advertising with deceptive practices as they advertised the technician spray tan, sold me on the service, discontinued the service, and then would not refund the card for a service they no longer offer. Bad Bad business. *****, their area manager, lied to me on the call for 10 minutes. Not good on all levels. BTans is using deceptive practices with their customers and deceptive advertising and then selling customers on services they do not offer or discontinued without notice.
