    I ordered Keto+ ACV Gummies from KETOTRIUM as they were advertised as having numerous health benefits. When the 4 bottles arrived, one had no plastic seal on the cap and the inside of the bottle had what appeared to be broken open pieces of gummy material on the sides of the bottle. I did not notice this immediately, but after I opened a bottle to look at them and try them. The only active ingredient is Apple cider vinegar, which I have at home and use on salads. They charged me almost $200 for apple cider vinegar and nothing else for all the health benefits advertised. I can no longer find the webpage. I wrote customer service and sent them two T and who knows what dangerous substance might be in it!!! They responded saying all three bottles were sealed. I sent a return email and told them to take a closer look as one was not sealed. **************** will not refund my money---this company DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. That is a huge clue they are no good. They also mailed me a BOTTLE THAT WAS UNSEALED AND POTENTIALLY ALTERED. That is UNSAFE and definitely against all regulations for any vitamin, herbal product, over the counter medicine, etc. The pictures are on my phone so I can get them to you from my phone. I am on my laptop now.

    We are in receipt of your complaint on behalf of the customer. We understand the customer's frustrations and have responded to the complaint by issuing full refunds. 50% of refunds amounting $94.99 was successfully processed dated 08/26/24 the time she called our customer service department. Remaining 50% refund amounting of $94.99 is issued today, 9/6/24.

    Furthermore, we confirm that the customers account has been closed on our system.
