Trent, his manager, and the finance guy seemed to want to work with me. I brought my car in running then had to make a quick trip to run an item to my wife. When I returned back at the dealership, Trent was right there. My car still was running and driving at that point. After coming to terms on a deal and taking the new car for a drive, my wife and I decided to NOT take the deal. Trent, the finance guy, and the sales manager on duty tried to pressure me into taking the deal anyway by stating that I had said these exact words, “I WILL be able to get a $1,000.00 down payment”. What I said was I would discuss with my wife about the down payment. We decided that we would NOT take the amended deal. I was then berated for not being able to make a decision on my own. I finally received my keys back after requesting them repeatedly. When I got in my car it would no longer start and run. No help was offered by this dealership, so I called my wife to get the car towed. When my wife and friends arrived to tow my car away, Trent came outside and began berating me and saying that did my friends have permission from my wife to tow my car. She was right there. He then told my wife to move her truck in front of her wife’s car. This behavior continued for several minutes. I was very upset and will not be returning to this dealership or it’s sister dealership Daytona Kia. If I could leave a negative star it would be negative five star. Worst ever customer service experience I have ever had including every business that I have ever encountered.

False Advertising - Dishonest Sale Promotion My 95 year old dad received a flier in the mail, indicating if the scratch out section of the flier matches the number in the LED Blackbox attached to the flier then you are a winner. The flier stated no purchase necessary to win. There was a match when the tab was pulled on the black box, so I took my dad to the Daytona Beach dealership to claim the prize (according to the flier my dad won the $50,000 prize). When I gave the flier with the matched number to the employee at the front desk, he said the confirmation number on the flier did not match the confirmation number on the board at the front desk. I read the disclaimer on the flier before going to the dealership and it said nothing about having to match the confirmation number on the board, When I asked the employee where in the disclaimer was it mentioned about matching the confirmation number he could not find it, but made up a story that even though the flier said you are a winner if the black box number matches the scratch off number on the flier, in order to win the prize you have to scratch off another card to determine a match. Again, no where on the flier does it say this, the employee just made it up, lying again. Then he offers me a $5 Walmart gift certificate, which I did not accept. Let these lies and dishonesty rest on his mind!!! Based on the Yelp reviews and ratings this dealership appears to consistently engage in dishonest business as you read the ratings of others who have complained in these reviews on Yelp (checkout the number of 1 star ratings). It seems this is the way they choose to do business. And they claim to care about the customer! From this consumer's perspective, Not even remotely true!!!

They send out game flyers with a chance to win a car. My card said I was winner . I called up to the dealership three separate times and spoke to three separate individuals told them what I had and asked specifically is this a scam if I go in there right now you’re gonna give me a car for free. They said yes so I took a **** which cost me $40 from Deland to Daytona.. when I got there, they told me that I did not win, and that there were some specific code that was supposed to be on their . I told the gentleman that spoken to three individuals to confirm this was not a scam that I had. Actually I want a vehicle.. he said yes you have one every ones a winner . You get a five dollar ******* gift card.. they use unfair, deceiving and misleading practices to court horse people into coming in under the pre-tax of being a big winner. I was devastated. Honestly, I was crying in their lobby. This is not the way to treat people..
