            I went to daytona boat works to have my power trim on port side of boat repaired because it would not go up or down. They took in our boat on Sept 5 2023. They told us our boat was ready to pick up on Oct 10th 2023 and we drove our boat back to our marina and noticed motor did not go down after we raised the motor. Called them back and told them boat was not fixed. They ordered a relay part and when it came in they had their mechanic come to install. Power trim worked three times and then stuck again. We called to let him know still having same issues and owner told us to go somewhere else to get it fixed and hung up on us. We called again to try to resolve the issue. We wanted them to fix the power trim or refund us. ***** said he would trespass us and call the cops. We don't know how to resolve this if he keeps hanging up on us and is avoiding doing the right thing. We are out the money we paid to them to fix power trim and having same issue. If they want us to go somewhere else because they can't fix it then I feel they should refund my money I paid to them which was $3,764.70.
