Date of transaction - 10/13/2022 Amount of money paid - $13,200.00 Business committed to install 298 feet of 6 foot tall 4-rail aluminum fence including two 5 foot walk gates and one 3 foot walk gate.The nature of the dispute is that the South fence being off as much as it is and disrupting the preexisting silver buttonwood hedge and the discrepancy at the west end. I verbally agreed to move the west fence in between the hedge and cypress but that was under the assumption the cypress were on the 10 foot swale line which they are not. Specifically, options about what can be done to address my concerns for both parties involved has not been addressed.I was working the night shift at the hospital and did not not receive a final walk through before the subcontractors left. There was also damage to the hedge and trash left behind by the subcontractors.The north side has 8" to ****" deviation from property line The south side has 4" to 18 inches deviation from property line The west side is off 2-3 + feet deviation from 10 foot swale line which is the de facto area allowed.The business response to date - *********************, salesman came out and measured and the fence is within the property and not on neighbors. Spoke with *******, the installer and stated he stood by his measurements and when I said I measured from survey marker he stated they (survey markers) are moved all the time.I sent an email to ***, the manager on November 9th 2022 with photos and called and left voice mails and have not received a response.
