    On 07/06/2022 I worked with my mother to purchase a used 2014 EZGO Golf Cart from the named business. We submitted the payment and never received the product. They then asked for an additional $500 for insurance and transportation fees, which was sent on 07/21/2022, and we have not received the golf cart. We have called and emailed, and Charles M**** says "I will get back to you" and then ghosts us. Since about 09/2022, we have heard nothing and the company has changed their phone number on their website. We have yet to receive the golf cart OR our money back. I have emails and proof of payment.

    Sadly, I used the wrong name when I filed previously, so here I go again. We purchased a golf cart from this company, they supposedly shipped it via *****************, but we have never received the cart. We paid $2400.00 for the cart, $400 for shipping & $500.00 for insurance to Cart Mart Plus, LLC via *****. The shipping company then sent us an email asking for more money. We refused as we had full coverage on the cart. As of this date, we have failed to hear from Cart Mart Plus nor *****************, though we have called multiple times. E-mails to the companies come back with "Hello Madam" with a copy of our payments and the shipping information.

    On September 7, 2022 I sent money to cart mart plus through a****** transfer because they did not take any other means of payment. This was red flag number one. I paid the full amount plus shipping which was 5 thousand dollars. A Shiptar tracking number was provided and stated 6 to 9 days for transport. On Sep 15 the shipping site stated a hold was placed due to shipping insurance not being paid. I sent another $750 for the shipping insurance. This company uses wounded warrior branding as a deceptive practice to legitimize the scam. I was purchasing this golf cart for my disabled Father who just beat cancer. His wartime disability make it hard for him to get around. I just want the golf cart or the funds back. If this was a shipping issue send the cart.

    I purchase a golf cart from Cart Mart Plus LLC for my disabled wife to get around. The cart was $5,000.00 and the shipping was $200.00. The vendor only accepted****** as indicated on their website. I complied and completed the transaction. The cart did not arrive the day it was supposed to. I called and spoke with Charles who said the shipping company picked it up. He said he would call the shipping company and would get back to me. He called me back and said they wanted $1,500 for insurance or they would not release the cart or deliver it. I told Charles that that didn't sound right. I paid $200 delivery but needed to pay $1,500 for insurance and that was never told to me?? Charles allegedly called them back and they said if I paid $200 for the insurance they would deliver the cart on 9/17. I reluctantly agreed. On 9/17 the cart did not arrive. I emailed Charles and he said that they wanted another $300 and they would deliver it.. I told Charles that I wanted a full refund and he told me to either pay the $300 or it will take 90 days to get a refund. This is a huge scam
