    My barrel I ordered was shipped fast. The barrel is of good quality at a great price. I will be ordering again from Daytona Tactical.

    Not sure how this company is allowed to operate. They sell AR uppers with headspacing issues and they don't do anything to correct it. This is extremely dangerous. Eventually they are going to be responsible for serioisly injuring or killing someone...

    My order was received in a timely manner. I had ordered a complete upper with 12 inch keymod hand guard. The "keys" are too small to accept sling swivels. I have tried numerous brands. The keys are not large enough to accept the rim of adapters used with sling swivels as well. I have notified Daytona Tactical of this issue. No response. I do not know the manufacturer of the hand guard, although the specs. indicate the it was made locally, in Daytona. They need to recheck the specs on their milling machine. I am not happy, but getting no response from Daytona Tactical regarding a replacement handguard. I am giving this a one star due to lack of response from Daytona Tactical to my email. I like the upper except for the hand guard.

    Very rude owner and staff. They do not respond to emails unless you leave a bad review on ****** and they don’t even answer their phones. They just play and automated recording that says to contact them through email. They are very rude and unprofessional. No confirmation email is given when you order and it takes several days for them to process and ship an order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

    According to this customers order, they placed it on January 20 and shows delivered to them on January 30, which is 10 calendar days. Our current shipping times, as listed on our website are 3-5 business days for shipping, so the customer did receive their order in a timely manner. All order confirmations are automatically sent when the order is placed and we also have an order lookup tool via our website that the customer can track their order.

    Garbage company. I have contacted Amanda about this several times. She has not made any contact with me since November 23 and my order has not been corrected yet. Attached are images of the delivery and box the second I opened and laid everything out. I was given 2 ar-15 black instead of the 2 ar-9, I was given a 300 blackout upper without the BCG, or the pistol kit. Amanda had told me she would send me a return label for the 2 black ar-15. I had told Amanda that it would be alright to charge me for the 2 black ar-15 as I will be ordering more in the future. Amanda contacted me on the 23 and said they would correct this issue and an invoice would be in the package for the 15's. Here it is the the 11th of December and correction has not been fulfilled. I'm getting a bit frustrated and upset by this situation. I have ordered many items from the company. Getting ready to contact bank and dispute the charges for this order as not everything was in there correct. This is not a mistake on my part as I placed the order and tried to accommodate. I have tried to call and email other times since with no contact back. I will be posting a bad review on the site about the 300 pistol kit as if someone buys they don't get everything. I could have said the 15's were raws or not even in the package, but I'm an honest person (which is hard to come by these days) and trying to help fix companies mistake by offering to be charged for them and not have the charge be on company for shipping.

    I placed a few orders, got one in and the threads where the buffer tube fits on where all messed up. Then the second order came in and the 80's they sent where blemished to hell all scratched and dinged up. I emailed them and (Amanda) replied saying " what order are you talking about" I sent her the order number. And I haven't heard back from her, it's been almost a month now and still haven't heard back. I tried to email them over 15-16 times. They won't reply. I tried to leave a bad review on their website. But they control if it gets posted to their page or not so they just delete any negative feedback. (What a fraudulent company) only lets good feedback on their website but if you come on BBB there's nothing but 1 star ratings. Lol Do not buy from this company. They take your money. Send out lowers that DO NOT WORK and or blemished to heck. After reading all the negative feedback from other customers on here I'll never do business with them again. And I will tell everyone I know. I'm going to make sure these people are exposed. They don't deserve your hard earned money.

    Run from this company. I bought 300 upper from them shipping was timely but don't expect a conformation e-mail or be able to call them ..after several e-mail finally they got in touch with me .the upper they sent me would not let the bcg seat into the star chamber. I tried several out of my other builds. .They wont accept the fact that the machining is off just a tad they expect me to send it back to them but they will only pay part of the shipping . then if they find out its faulty they will exchange it while I pay the shipping. I'm sure they would try to swap them and say nothing was wrong with the first one to make more$$ from me. I told them send me a shipping label and she says they don't do that lol. I am a 65 yr old man that has been building rifles for years and dealing with gun company's for years. I wish I would have looked here before I did business with them. I am sending this paperweight back to them at my cost. Im sure they will swap it out then say nothing was wrong. Just find another place to buy gun products there are many. This place as far as a business is a joke

    In 2017, I purchased a AR15 Slick Side Pistol Upper 7.5 S.S. Barrel 7 inch slim Keymod Rail No BCG or Charging Handle, $159.95. Shipping for $10.00. Total was $169.95.

    Never got it. I emailed Daytona Tactical many times without any replies. After the first 6 months of no contact success, I emailed once per month until 2019. Still no response. Finally, in May of 2022 I got a response. Here was their reply.
    "We do not have any way to verify that this order was or was not received. **** does not keep tracking numbers that long. And we do not have access to that website nor any order information prior to 6 months ago."
    This is after I emailed them a copy of their email to me confirming shipment. I'd like to put in no stars on the review.
    I regret doing business with Daytona Tactical.

    Unfortunately, as we stated to the customer, we do not have access to that website information, as all gun manufacturers were kicked off of that particular platform in 2018. We cannot see any information nor shipping regarding this order. We also cannot access emails from 5 years ago.

    I still have the receipt from Elite Aluminum Products that details my purchase of this product. Never got it. At the time the shipper did not show it as being shipped. Nice words from Daytona Tactical, but their words of being "kicked off of that particular platform in 2018" gives no comfort to me. I paid good hard earned money for the product I ordered and never got it. Got absolutely no response to any of my emails back then. Again, I regret doing business with Daytona Tactical. Do business with them at your own risk.
