      This dealership must be shut down *immediately and forever*.**DO NOT BUY A 2024 ***** TRAVERSE** or any vehicle from this dealership! Im issuing this urgent warning after my horrific experience with both the dealership and my brand-new 2024 **************. On June 16, 2024, I made what I thought was a safe investment, only to have it turn into a nightmare. Just 75 days later, on September 1, 2024, while driving, the transmission *completely* failed without warning. My car lost power in an instant, leaving me inches from what could have been a tragic accident.This terrifying event has shaken me to my core, and the fact that ****************** is knowingly allowing faulty vehicles like this onto the road is *unforgivable*. The car was towed to Jon Hall Chevrolet, where they confirmed there were defects in the transmission. But the worst part? The necessary parts are on backorder, and there's no estimated time for when my car will be repaired.Adding insult to injury, I had to pay $145.00 for a rental because the dealership claimed they had no loaner vehicles available. After much frustration and complaining, they offered me a voucher, but only after I spent more money on an **** to get to the dealership. When I arrived, I asked the service **** ****, for a diagnostic report on my vehicle, but she *pretended* not to know what I was asking for. Her rude and disrespectful attitude only made this ordeal worse. After multiple attempts, she finally handed over the report.And when I simply asked to access my own vehicle to retrieve my belongings? She threw a fit.This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I am deeply stressed, outraged, and disheartened. I would never, under any circumstances, recommend that anyone buy from this dealership. Its time for them to be shut down, for good.

      Ive bought 3 vehicles from here from 2017-2023 2 trucks and 1 suv Will never go back due to the service departments treatment on my 18 2500 LTZ duramax We needed tires. I asked the dealer to price them out and I was alright with the price long story short, the rims came back scratched from what it looks like the machine mounting the tires. I message them about it after I notice the scratches and the simply send me the ueye link that shows pictures of my truck when it comes in. I literally find the worst tire of them all and show them a side by side comparison and they say oh its just some mud that got knocked off. I can assure you its not (photos below, only attached a couple)The wont accept photos, they made me come in theyd try to say oh it looks like your other rims have these marks also so what makes you think it was us.This isnt even the first problem *** had with them in service.About a year ago I asked them to do a transmission service. When the truck was returned to me the transmission started shifting hard. After investigation I found that THEY DIDNT ADD ENOUGH FLUID FOR IT TO EVEN TOUCH THE DIP STICK. So thanks *************** for that one god only knows how much life you stole from the transmission.So again long story short they lost my business.And if you want your vehicle worked on my competent parties I highly suggest you dont take it to *************** Edited: oh I forgot to talk about the alignment. Wheel not straight what so ever.And on a second note I should have flipped out when they messed up my transmission and made them do a rebuild kit on it for the DAMAGE they caused to my clutches.

      Jon Hall Chevrolet truly is an example of what a car dealer should not be. GM should shut them down. I received a mail invite from Matt *****, GM that they wanted to buy my 2020 Corvette C8 that has low miles and is in showroom condition. Matt's memo said that I would be shocked by their offer. They also offered me a $25 **** gift card for my time. I took the bait. Their low ball offer did shock me so that part of the memo was true. They did give me the $25 gift card and when I went to use it the balance was $5.12 and not the $25,00. That amounts to FRAUD. I reported this to **** and also filed a complaint with General Motors. Do not BUY anything from this dealer. You have been warned

      If you go to this dealership for a test drive, don't mention you found a similar vehicle online for a lower price online. I stopped by this dealership to test drive a used all electric Bolt EUV. I also let them know that the ******** website listed the vehicle on there lot as overpriced and there was the same make, model, trim at a Gainesville Florida dealership that was 6 thousand dollars less. And that Gainesville vehicle had 1000 fewer miles on it. The sales rep went inside the building and returned with his manager to speak with me. The manager said his sales reps time is too precious to spend the time to let me test drive a car that I said I can find and buy at a lower price elsewhere. He then basically refused to let me test drive the vehicle. (1) If they had let me test drive the vehicle, then I may have been so impressed with them that I might have purchased the vehicle from them at the higher price... who knows... (2) The Gainesville Florida vehicle could have body or interior damage or something else where I would have purchased the John Hall inventory instead. (3) Even if I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle I test drove, I could have been a customer promoter letting every know about the great experience I had at John Hall Chevrolet. (4) As a manager myself, I would have found a way to give the customer the test drive while allowing my sales staff a level field to satisfy sales expectations. Perhaps pull a manager to do a test drive with me or offer to schedule the test drive at another time or date. Anything instead of just flat out refusing to let me test drive the vehicle. Shame on you John Hall Chevrolet for employing inept managers that don't have the mental flexibility to provide good customer service and find a way to meet customers needs.

      They advertised a 2022 Hi-top van on their website and Auto Trader at $44,000. When I emailed to confirm the van listed with all the pictures for $44,000 was indeed a high-top conversion van, they finally, (after 4 or 5 emails) advised the van was $93,000!!! They said Chevrolet puts them on their website like that and they have no control. The most blatant case of deceptive advertising and bait and switch I have ever seen. I would walk or ride a bicycle in a roaring hurricane rather than give this company one penny of mine. I have bought and sold over 20+ cars and have never ever had an experience like this. STAY AWAY FROM JOHN HALL CHEVROLET!!!!!!!!!
