In August they sent this email. Still have not received my refund. Have emailed them multiple times and they refuse to answer. On 10/29/2021 I requested, in writing (per their instructions) a refund of the $100 processing fee I paid on 7/11/2021 to this company for a promotional trip, after I received no communication or response to several of my inquiries between July and October to schedule the trip. A copy of the letter I sent them is attached. On 11/2/2021, I received an e-mail from them saying my refund had been approved and a check would be sent to me by mail, but processing could take up to 60 days. I sent a follow-up e-mail on 12/28/2021 asking for a status update, but did not receive a response. Both of these e-mails are attached, as well. It has now been 62 days and I have received nothing.Business response

I won the vacation certificate in January 2021. I paid the $50 deposit to activate the certificate. I have contacted the company numerous times over the past year to try and get information as to how to redeem the certificate - and gather more information. I have left numerous voicemails and no one returns my calls. I have emailed with no response. I would recommend that NO ONE use this company or accept the "free" ha gift. I just want my $50 back! I contacted my credit card company as well. I have found a thousand complaints on this company.Business response

i recieved a voucher after attending a presentation and once i proceeded to recieve documnets from ETTSI with instructions on how to redeem my offer for airfare for 2. I sent in a 100.oo cashiers check in the name of my husband, *************** and never -56heard back from the company. I did call to check the status and was told that my certificate expired and they will not refund my money. there was delay in receiving instructions after I submitted the information ETTSI requested from my husband and I.Ettsi still requested more funds after the initial 100.00 cashiers check and at that time i wrote them stating we are not interested in proceeding because it would cost more than anticipated. We received no reply from ETTSI in any form. my voucher number is ***********************Business response

I won a 7 night 8 day vacation from ETTSI in June 2021 and I paid a 100 dollars redemption fee in July 2021 to activate my vacation. I have called and emailed this company and have yet to hear from this company.Business response

I was in **********, Tenn when I was approached by a person who said if I attended a 90 min seminar than I received a voucher for 2 days 3 night stay. I attended seminar and now I had to pay a 50 deposit. 49 before they would get my stay book and 89 dollar or sit in another seminar and they would wave the 89. This was total misleading and incorrect info on the voucher. Not a vacation of a lifetime.Business response
