Bad communication. I wanted to talk to the technician who gave me a written quote on a cleaning and/or AC replacement. I am out of state and selling my home there. I called multiple times to try and call with the technician. The secretary said she would give him the message to call you back. I called again a third time: first time closed, second time the message will be relayed to my technician and he will call back, third time secretary says your technician is not in today. I guess they weren't going to tell me, just leave me hanging. She put someone on the phone who is supposed to be knowledgeable to my job and he says, you have to talk to the technician about that. I guess they don't want my business(it as a quote at almost $11,000). All I wanted was for the technician to answer three simple questions. I am going with one of the other companies who actually had the technician answer my questions.

The tech was not in the office on Monday. When the tech got back Tuesday he called the customer by 9am. We dont force our employees to work on their day off. I dont undertsand the complaint. Also we declined the job so technically he is not our customer.Review fromNathan V

5 starsMid Florida came out to do my annual A/C maintenance and did a great job. **** was through, answered all my questions, and gave me good advice on maintaining my system. Their prices are reasonable and their techs are great.Review fromSheryl C

When my AC unit failed Mid Florida Air replaced it with a system that required more amp/wattage than my house has for the unit to work properly to provide heat.; not sure about cooling since it was installed just 3 months ago. When I contacted them, I was told I needed to hire an electrician to upgrade my house and they would install a heating unit that would work. I am an old lady living on very limited income, I cannot afford an electrician. I have had a bad cold for over a week and feel worse not better as the days go by.Mid Florida Air Conditioning, Inc.
