    We have informed our landlord several times about there being mold in the house which was addressed by spraying bleach on it which has not helped. Also we have informed the landlord several times about the sink leasing which has not been fixed. They replaced our refrigerator with a broken one that also leaks. They drive by several times a week and take pictures of the house

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have proof I have told Deltona Lakes Realty and our landlord ****** ********* about said mold. The files I have are too large to attach. ****** , herself , said via phone call, that they tell tenants who find mold just to leave. At this point, I have no problem leaving, but Im requesting my deposit be returned immediately so I can find my family another house to live at.
