    I've been using CAC for the past year since moving to ******* and have been very happy with their service. They fixed the washer and air conditioner previously and technicians were personable, knowledgeable, and on time. Today, we got a time between 11-1 and Will came showed up at noon. He did a great job cleaning the coils with acid and hosed the unit down in the driveway. I had no idea it was a major job to remove the unit, cut pipes, blow torch, and other things, but he knew what he was doing and was also a very friendly personable person. I recommended CAC to several neighbors and they are all happy with the company.

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced! No regards for the customers time. Unprofessional and unacceptable!

    I am very disappointed in CAC. No service is perfect but CAC in the last year has taken the practice of disrespecting customers. Everybody knows that is not easy to be 8 to 1 waiting for a repair man to come but we manage to accommodate but they now call you 8:15 to cancel every time. I decided to gave them another chance but this is the 4th time they do it.They also keep saying that the parts to the appliances are not available in the market so they cant fix it but replacement is also not possible. In other words the service is useless.. I do not recommend at all.

    We regret to hear your disappointment.  We will gladly look further into this complaint directly with more information; the name provided does not give us records.  Our appointments are scheduled with a 2 hour window on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.  Unfortunately there are times when technicians are out unexpectedly and that creates rescheduling.  Repair/ replacement is based upon the agreement terms.  Customer relations is a priority to us.

    Misdiagnosed an ac problem, on a service contract and charged me go a new thermostat. Did not fix the problem and my thermostat was fine. Refused to install my old thermostat and refund my money after I had another company come out and fix the original problem.

    This company is unprofessional, incompetent, rude, especially Faith in customer service who says she’s the law at CAC, and they are constantly late on showing up for appts. CAC is cheaper for service rates because their company is worthless and can only offer low rates. DO NOT UE THEM for anything. They almost never get a service call right and then hang up on you for complaining after another screw up. Don’t listen to their bullshit. They are very incompetent with only a few exceptional good service people. Bad bad operation.

    JUST HAD A TECHNICIAN...ROGER... REFUSE TO NOT BLOCK MY NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY WITH HIS VAN...WHEN I SHOWED HIM WHERE HE COULD PARK...HE SAID THAT WAS TOO FAR TO PARK...AND ASKED WHY I WAS "TRIPPIN"...THE MOST BELIGERANT ANGRY CUSTOMER SEVICE PERSON THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.

    I would give zero stars if I could. On April 14 we contacted my property manager (rental) to say we were having a problem with our dishwasher. Manager sent me the number for CAC appliances and I made an appointment for ONE WEEK LATER. That was the earliest they had. So they were scheduled to come yesterday at 3:00. When they didn’t show up I called and they said the technician came at 10 AM to the gate but they could not get a hold of us. We were home all day. When I called the gate they confirmed that they had NO RECORD of any service people coming to see us. The next available appointment is MAY 2. CAC were rude and unwilling to bend or accommodate me at all. They LIED about their technician ever showing up. AND they completely screwed up the appointment time, with NO APOLOGY. Instead, they blamed ME for not being home at the scheduled time. Worst non-service ever. Buyer beware.

    They are the WORST company. In addition to their inability to diagnose problems they are rude and arrogant. Due to their negligence the fan motor and blade blew out in the air conditioner they installed less than 2 years ago. CAC had been out on March 10 and March 30 claiming that they saw nothing wrong since the air conditioning was working. Even though it was working it was not working correctly. As a result on April 6 the unit conked out It cost us $550 to replace the above parts from a reputable company who found the problem

    I have to agree with the other reviewer’s. With CAC what ever you call for is not covered and in addition to trying to collect more money, they give lousy service, at least a 3 day wait, no matter what the circumstances . Purchase a contract that your own risk.
