    United A/C has serviced my ** for years. However, something weird happened after December. They changed my whole unit, and after that they have had to come repair/service it every two months since then. There is a mysterious "coil" part that has been backlogged since march, and I am still waiting. They keep forgetting, and giving me answers that nobody believes.Every time they come service/repair the unit it's a new staff member, and they blame it on the previous rep. ** has all been under warranty, but it still makes no sense for the ** company to be visiting me every two months after installing a new unit. Think twice before calling them. They used to be good, not sure what happened.

    Great company to work with! ****** in the office is very kind. The guys that fixed the unit were great, super professional, respectful, and knowledgeable... which is hard to find! Would highly recommend to anyone.

    Do not use this company. Came to service my AC. Charged me $695 for Freon and a part. Few weeks Freon all leaked out guy came back said oh you have a leak so you need new AC. Wanted $2,000 more than other companies plus I already gave him $695. I asked if he can put a little Freon to keep cool till I can replace he said no. This is how they treat seniors. Horrible service
