  These ppl will steal your property of out your apartment do not trust maintenance in your apt., The property manager is on it and the staff., just look at the environment such as gates pool area and big parties in the back pool area., The ghetto was s probably better I think,,

  This place is absolutely terrible. The property manager is always "at lunch" "in a meeting" "not in". Emergency maintenance requests such as leaks, air conditioning are not being treated as emergencies. They are taking days, up to a week. They are always "short staffed". My 3 bedroom is cheaper now for rent online and im paying for a disgusting kitchen that is in desperate need for a remodel even though on my intake form, i was promised we would be able to get the kitchen resurfaced. Now i was told no. Always leaks from the 3rd floor that are just repaired with a bandaid. The issue is never actually fixed to prevent it from happening further. We go to the office...and usually everyone barely speaks English which makes it very hard if your not Spanish to understand or communicate with them properly. Cannot wait until our lease is up.

  Terrible **********************. We were treated like dogs! **** is very rude and condescending. He told me to "sit down" and my 21 year old Son to "sit here". When looking at the units and trying to figure out if our furniture would fit we were told to "come over here so I can show you the rest of the unit". He was obviously in a hurry or just did not care. Back gate was open so anyone could drive in, windows in the clubhouse were so dirty you could not see through them. Hours sign was not correct so we almost drove away. Nothing on the website matches what we were told during the horrific visit. I can only imagine how bad it is to live in this place. We will be looking elsewhere.

  We have been model tenants we have never been late on rent not a single time we have never had a single violation of any sort for over a decade and i used to be proud to live in this community Raised both of my kids here but unfortunately the last 6 months to a year has been horrible the worse that i have ever seen it from the piles / mountains of trash the raccoon f**** everywhere on the stairs and landings even in the attics To the rapid decline of the property in general Can no longer enjoy the amenities because they are locked up with chains or out of service due to repairs The front gate for the supposedly gated community isn't even attached and just propped up The property is poorly lite especially by the back pools because they turn off the lights which makes walking dangerous The constant flow of people speeding and doing drugs by the back pool again because its not secure or lite Our roof and bedroom window have been leaking water for months and even with online requests in person request any request at all nothing gets fixed or even looked at our ceiling is now yellow and the cheap Stucco is coming down our bedroom carpet smells like mold from the water leaks And yet nothing is being repaired i could go on and on the poor grounds maintenance as far as keeping it clean is nasty looking even the wooden bridge that you cross to get to the front office pool and gym is decaying with boards rotting out The worse part is that the leasing manager and property manager are both extremely rude, unprofessional and down right disrespectful They are constantly trying to tell people that they didnt pay rent and even with proof will argue They gas light everything and try to blame all there issues on the previous owners Go to the front office on any given day and there is a line of very unhappy tenants who get treated horribly dont matter who is around they talk down to people as if they are kids or better than everyone and treat everyone horrible

  The WORST management ever. Gate is always open, never closed, pool doors fully open at the first pool (doors barely hanging), fence is broken so people from near by places come to the community to use pool and gym. Now because everything is open homeless people come there and use pool and hang out there. There is a huge parking problem. There is trash problem, Ive seen several mouses lately . Oh if you will have maintenance request, forget about it, they will either never come or will come take a look and say they will fix but it will never happen. This community got new management and guess what? Its awful. Weve got mold and been telling them for the past few months about it and nothing is done. There is bees on the balcony, it flies to the townhouse, they never fixed this issue. Got roaches, we had to wait more than a month for pest control to show up. Person from pest control told us we will be having roaches because the bottom of the cabinets is rotten, have some water and its perfect living conditions for roaches. There was a leak never fixed.. AC was leaking they came twice and its still leaking. This community will put some paint on the walls so you do not see mold just give it a little time it will show up and they will do nothing about it. Believe me there is good communities, but Preserve definitely not the one. STAY AWAY!!!

  Dont move here! *** property management took over on 7/19/23 and they changed our mailbox lock and didnt notify us. We didnt request our lock to be changed. I put in a service request on 8/1/23 and didnt hear back. I put another service request on 8/26/23 and still nothing. Were still waiting on a key to access our mail. Were getting packages that we cant retrieve. This is the most ridiculous management company Ive ever dealt with.
