    I paid for a product and they shipped it via **** without providing a proper tracking info, I asked for the whereabouts of the package and they said it was delivered even though I havent received it. The customer service was non apologetic, told me to file a claim with **** and only then they can ****** the goods. I went to file a claim and lo and behold I didnt get a claim number. So I wasted $50 on a product they are not willing to ****** or even provide a store credit. What a horrible customer service experience coming from a large company!

    The website makes it difficult (impossible) to cancel an active subscription to a product.I am subscribed to a shipment of CBD oil every 8 weeks. I would like to cancel this subscription. I am in no contractual agreement as part of this subscription. Several attempts to click the cancel subscription button on the site have failed - the button is nonfunctional, leaving me without a way to cancel the subscription without the hassle of contacting the company and hoping for a response. I have enough to remember to do on a daily basis. Attached please find a picture of the nonfunctioning buttons and if I can upload a screen recording, Ive got that as well.

    Hello and Good Morning, 
     

    Our sincerest apologies for not realizing that there was an issue with our cancellation button for our subscription service on our website. I have submitted this information to our IT team who is currently looking into the issue and resolving it. I have attached 2 attachments to this complaint showing that we have had no communication from this customer requesting to cancel their subscription or letting us know that there was an issue. I have also added a picture confirmation of the cancellation of *******'s Subscription. It shows that she previously successfully cancelled her subscription in February before signing back up again for another subscription. In no way is our company trying to scam our customers, we are trying to help each and every one of them. In order for **************** to help, they would need to be informed of what is happening in order for them to make it right. We appreciate ******* bringing this to our attention and we are currently working to resolve the bug on our website. Let us know if there are any other steps needed.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    Accountability in business matters is whats important.  It seems a funny coincidence to me that the only nonfunctional part of a companys website is the part that stops a customers autopay for a product.  

    While I consider the issue resolved on my end, I would like to leave a review to document this issue so other customers, if they have the same issue, can see that this may in fact be a scam to make it harder for already busy customers to remove their payment information from Green Roads website.

    We would like to respond and let you know that we have not had any other incidents where this has happened. Again, we aren't able to assist if you don't reach out to us directly and let us know that there is a problem. I assure you that our company isn't in the business of scamming people. You have been purchasing from us since 2019 like many other valued customers of ours, the last thing we would be looking to do is deceive our customers.
