Business has called repeatedly expressing that they have an existing relationship with us as a debt collector on our behalf over the last few years. We have never engaged their services and there is frequently time lost trying to establish this. They still continue to contact us. I would strongly recommend blocking their number.Business Response

We have been harassed by ********************* from this business. He is extremely rude and obnoxious wanting our business to represent us when dealing with our accounts. I have told him multiple times that I am not interested, take us off his list, do not call us anymore. I do NOT want him representing us if that is how he treats us. He states that he cannot and will not stop calling us. I want to block him from calling us anymore. Please deal with this employee of yours. ********************* is harrassing our company with multiple consecutive phone calls asking to speak with our owner and president about securing our collection business. He continues to call us over and over again after we told him that we do not want him calling us anymore. When told to stop calling, he responded "you don't know me well enough to talk to me that way." ***** is rude and unmanagable. Mr. ************ has left multiple aggressive, disrespectful, unprofessional, and on verge of harassment voicemails. They lack any appropriate details to suggest they are actually a legit company. Caller ID had this number listed as "potential spam". Not only were these messages on the business line, but on other cell phone numbers that are NOT and have NEVER been associated with the business. They have ZERO investment in the business now nor have they ever. One number this type of message was left on the voicemail of a minor child- in middle school. First written contact from him was received by the business was an email on 08/10/23. In the email, there are threats of court filing to be made to a court clerk that does not even exist. The email is lacking in professionalism and information overall. ******************, ** does NOT have a clerk of courts as we are a town. The courts are through the County if they were going to file any type of paperwork. If legal documentation was going to be filed, they may want to "threaten" with factual information. This companys representative, Mr. *************** has continually and aggressively contacted my former customer with demeaning, bullying, harassment phone calls where Mr. ************** could be heard screaming and accusing the organization that had absolutely nothing to do with the order of payment status on an account that DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM. The person he contacted was a third party and explained that did business with my agency and should not have been contacted or belittled. His vulgar tone, accusations and harassing behavior was disrespectful Ave extremely unprofessional to say the least. This account has been disputed with the initial creditor for failure to deliver goods as promised and handling of such does not, in any way warrant this type of treatment.Business Response

********************* is harassing me for a debit that already took care of, but after I took care of it ,he and his client add fees and costs to be an additional debt to them, now he is threatening me with legal actions, which I believe is against the law, I am familiar with the far debt collection practices act.and I believe he has violated that. He bothers me every single day with these threats and has even sent a letter to the affect. Which I will be bringing to my county court this week.
