    Based on the professional and economical result on the first handyman project on which I hired Dr. *** It Right, I am pleased to recommend his services. At a rental property I manage, I hired Dr. *** It Right after getting three bids on a project to mend a wooden gate and fence. To determine the extent and most economical way to repair the fence, I asked each of three handymen to evaluate the state of a front gate, close off a decrepit gate between two duplex properties, make suggestions on repairs to a section of fence, and give a quote for repairs. The first bidder gave a quote for complete replacement of a large section of fence at a high price. The second bidder, Dr. *** It Right (****), examined the front gate and fence, and made practical suggestions on how to reinforce the structures, close off the second gate, and add new planks while retaining planks that were sufficiently sturdy, avoiding a complete replacement of a large section of fence. ***** evaluation suggested a less radical replacement of the fence. A third bidder gave much the same practical suggestions as Dr. *** It Right, within the same price range, validating Dr. *** It Rights evaluation and price. Both were viable choices, but Dr. *** It Right seemed a bit more professional in his assessment, giving me better indication of a good result for a first-time service provider. **** and his assistant completed the job on the scheduled day, at the quoted *****, and within the time he predicted. He was cooperative in giving me 30-minute notice of when he would arrive at the project so I could meet him there to go over the setup of the work. **** also gave me timely notice of when he was finishing up so I could come back to inspect the work and pay him. I will definitely consider Dr. *** It Right again on future projects.
