      A Cautionary Account of My Experience with Gemaire To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to inform other businesses of my decision to end my relationship with Gemaire after years of significant investment and repeated challenges. My experience with Gemaire underscores a lack of flexibility and customer focus that others should be aware of before engaging with this distributor.Since 2017, I have invested heavily in Gemaire, even standing by them through the pandemic and adapting my business to navigate supply shortages. However, in recent years, Gemaires missteps in inventory management and the decline in support made it difficult to continue delivering reliable service to my clients.The final issue involved a serious service dispute: after multiple component replacements on a problematic Rheem system, technical support advised another compressor replacement. Given the ongoing issues, I determined it was best for the customer to replace the outdoor unit entirely, ensuring a permanent solution rather than repeatedly replacing parts. Despite my efforts to coordinate with Gemaires management, they insisted on rigid protocol and ultimately penalized me for putting my customer first. My refusal to pay for this one disputed invoice resulted in Gemaire reporting the minor debt, impacting my credit, and even putting my account on ******* my view, Gemaires inflexible approach to customer support poses a risk to businesses committed to high-quality service. I hope this account serves as a caution to others.

      I am the owner of Freedom Mechanical out of Lakewood, CA. Recently there was an ordering snafoo in regards to a GREE system, and the required equipment was lost in the system. There was no alternative to the outdoor unit because the indoor wall unit was already installed and replacing was not an option. Luis Noriega, a counter person at the Lakewood Branch, took the time and effort in locating the only one available in the system. I've known Mr. Noriega for over 10 years, and this is the first time we've ever encountered such an issue. There aren't enough words to describe the exceptional service and profeshional demeanor I experienced through the entire process of locating the unit ( 2 days ) and getting the equipment delivered to the Lakewood Branch. In today's Customer Service climate, it's quite refreshing to see that there are still individuals in the industry who care enough of the contractor to do whatever it takes to make things happen. My gratitude to Gemaire for employing such an individual !!!
