  Do not use. Do not recommend. I was quoted a price for a move from ** to ** for very specific pieces of furniture. I gave the same list several times to ***** at MMP and also emailed photos and measurements of the items. There were no surprise items. The mover came 1 man in a rental truck (this review has nothing to do with the mover himself he was very nice, polite, friendly and experienced) we did feel bad he had to move the items by himself as some were heavy but he did a great job. My issue came when he advised us we were over our cubic square feet with only 1/2 our items loaded. Cubic square feet was never mentioned by ***** as the quote was for the specific furniture pieces. The mover was from a subcontracted company and he did not have any of the paperwork from *** so all of my contact with *****, my photos and measurements meant nothing. My quote with only 1/2 my furniture loaded was almost double. We demanded to cancel the move and wanted our items to be unloaded and left in the driveway. We called ***** at MMP he did not take our call spoke to ***** at *** useless human being he had nothing to say and could not help. After hours of negotiating with the 1 man mover and his boss we finally agreed to our original price with 1/2 our items. Then it was cash only. Our items were delivered safely the next day. We were very disappointed with this company we were lied to by ***** and *****. My husband and I are older and my husband has a heart condition. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. But again the mover was a wonderful kind man and really should find a legit moving company to work for because this company is out to scam people.

  Worst company I have worked with. They tried to change the price at the last minute. When my mom wound up in the hospital and almost died the night before the move, yes it was day of that we were canceling. The so called owner kept calling and texting me saying that someone needed to get there ASAP or we would be without the deposit that was mad. Texted stating that there had to be another reason, and that maybe we were not ready for the move. Even after telling them that I could get proof that she was in the hospital. Spoke with so many different people, and to top it off when he wanted more money sent, he gave a different number to ***** to that when we looked up it showed that there had been issue from other people with sending money to that number and not getting the help that they were paying for. Weird that it was a different number than we had originally sent the money and a BIG price difference. Just trying to s**** people over. No apologies or sympathy about my mother being in the hospital and almost dying they were more worried about their money, yet saying that they were worried that we were losing out on money. Yet after speaking with driver they were 3 hours away from pick up.

  I hired My Move Price (MMP) to handle my cross country move. The salesperson *****, said they had a cancellation so could give me a lower price. He claimed if I hired a major company like ********* they would be thousands more for the same service. I hired them for $4200. I asked ***** if he would be my contact throughout the move and he skirted the question by saying the ladies in the office would handle my inventory. ****** and ********, handed me back and forth to each other claiming the other was on vacation. I made an extensive ****** drive with photos to ensure they allowed enough room in the truck. On moving day, two men with ankle monitors showed up with a small U-Haul and told me I got half. I needed the entire truck, which cost another $2100. I paid one of the men via his personal venmo and zelle accounts. At the end of the day they were chucking my stuff in to meet jail curfew. I asked where my truck was going. They said to storage. I inquired with *** about my delivery date of June 17th, but they redirected me to my new carrier: **************. I talked to **** at **** they said June 17th, was my "schedule by" date. If I wanted a firm date, I needed to pay Rado $1700 because my belongings had been taken off of the truck and were in storage. I checked in daily as to whether they left yet and was told my truck broke down and my belongings were moved yet again. On the 28th I received a phone call from Rado saying that their driver looked at the map and could not fit the semi truck down my street. My options were A) pay $4200 to have it all moved onto a shuttle truck or B) go rent a U-Haul and meet him at a truck stop. I chose **** furniture arrived scratched, missing knobs, my heavy kitchen table was cracked down the middle and many boxes were missing. I was directed to ******, in claims. She informed me that they FOUND my boxes, but they quickly recanted.Three weeks later they offered me $75 for a $5000+ loss Just Hire Mayflower

  We got the rates from every moving company in the country and they were the lowest. When we received our things everything was in order and as expected. Thumbs up MMP
