    I wish I would have read the reviews on here before purchasing. Ordered a shirt, never received. Sent an email, never replied. Sent a pm to the ******** business page, received a reply with a tracking number. Label created item never sent. Im filing a complaint.

    BUYER BEWARE!!! I could copy and paste all the reviews here. I wish I would have read them before purchasing!!!! I've been waiting several weeks for a t-shirt! Do NOT buy from this store!!! You will receive generic email at best. I would give no star if it was an option.

    Buyer beware!! TOTAL ****!! I never received my order after following up on it several times. It's been 2 months since I ordered from them. They send you a generic email that they will answer your emails in around 4 business days. They don't. Such poor customer service. I'm a teacher and cannot afford to lose any money. I would have loved to support this business, but they shouldn't be in business. They certainly don't care about their customers. Do not buy from this website!

    3 weeks since Ive ordered and it has not been shipped. *** contacted them via email and they said it was supposed to be shipped last week. Still nothing. At this point, this feels like a scam. Do NOT order from this company.

    Big ****. Ordered a dress. It never shipped. Was promised a refund and it didn’t come. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This lady will claim she had a family emergency will say she will refund but for the inconvenience still ship the item. She blocked me on Facebook. DO NOT BUY FROM BFFHERE!! Listen to the other reviews.

    I can't even review my order because I never received it. After almost a month of trying, I could never get an email back to get an update on my order. To finally get them to respond, I had to join their VIP ************** and ask publicly where my order was. From there, I got messages from several people within the group saying this boutique has a horrible record with shipping and getting items sent in a timely manner. You shouldn't have to keep asking about an order once it's placed. I eventually had to open a claim with my credit card to get my money back.

    zero stars if i could. this company is a scam and you will not receive your product. ordered an item in april that was a pre order with an ETA of 5/31. started checking and emailing with the owner on 6/4 and she said it would be shipping the next day. one week later I checked back in and she stated they had just arrived and shed be shipping them the next day. never received a shipping confirmation so I waited another week and asked for a refund. she assured me my order was on the way. thats when I decided to look the business up on BBB and saw the same complaints. do not order from them. its a scam.

    *******!!!! I placed an order April 7th for an item that wouldnt be available until May 17th. I ordered and waited. On May 23rd I started checking ******** comments and people were asking if they were legit. It was split, but I said, I ordered and havent received my stuff. BFF Here replied right away, Your stuff shipped last week! Almost immediately after I saw that comment, I also received a notification that a label had been created. So there was my evidence that they LIED, it wasnt shipped last week! How could it be shipped last week when you JUST printed the label?! Well, here it is, June 9th, the status is still label has been printed. So now I am making this report, I filed a report with the Ship app and Ill be contacting my bank to see if I can get my money back.

    Stay away from this boutique. After waiting a month for my order, I went to PayPal for help. Only then did the owner respond. She flat out lied to PayPal and said she had just shipped the order and it would arrive Friday. Andshed thrown in extra items for my troubles. It was one big lie. Items never came so then she refunded me and made it appear to PayPal that shed given me the items. Complete LIE!She then blocked me on ******** and lied that she did that. Im all about supporting small business, but she is a scam. And.theres no way to leave her reviews on her page. Hmmmm. Wonder why? There are too many reputable boutiques out there instead of being scammed by hers.

    Please DON'T order from this business! I placed an order 11/12/22. Item has since sold out. Never shipped and as of this date 11/30/22, not refunded. No phone number to call and only an email that goes unanswered. Awful experience. Don't ever buy from a retailer who doesn't provide a phone number for contact. I knew better!
