I worked with *************************, the *** of Smart Money Solar from January through August 2023. **** made a series of sales presentations offering an affordable way to purchase solar panels for my property in ********. Throughout the process, there were 3 rebates discussed: one from the federal government, one from the state of ********, and one from his company. The solar panels were installed in November 2023. Since the installation was complete, I have been informed that **** gave wrong information regarding the tax credit from the federal government, and according to the solar panel vendor that **** was an independent contractor for, he had no business explaining it and promising funds in the way that he did. Furthermore, **** has avoided all questions, both by email and over the phone, in regards to when I can expect my rebate of approximately $23,000 to be sent to me. In the end, it was an incredibly deceptive sales presentation which lacked truth and honesty as he promised things that have never been delivered and things he had no business speaking to. Specifically speaking to the rebate from Smart Money Solar, it should be a simple answer as to exactly when and how this rebate is paid out after the installation is complete.
