    I ordered a bed from Saatva. This company is supposed to deliver it to me. They scheduled a delivery at a time and day when I said I would not be home 9/21/23 between 1-3pm. They decided not to accommodate the customer request and are holding my bed and mattress. I reached out to Saatva to hear when the bed will be delivered but have not heard back about when the bed will be delivered.

    I purchased an expensive mirror from ZGallerie (Order # *******OHSU) over a month ago. They hired a 3rd party ***************** Tuscany 3PL (*********** phone ************) to deliver the mirror to my place of residence. I contacted the delivery company and scheduled the delivery for 3/11/2023, between the hours of 1-5pm. I took off from work to be present and receive the mirror, however the delivery company did not show, call or email me regarding their delivery cancellation. I contacted them on the next business day which was 3/13/2023 and the delivery was rescheduled for 3/16/2026 between 4-8p. However, the delivery company was a "no call no show" once again. I have attempted to contact them by phone and email with no response. ZGallerie is just as unhelpful because I called them to cancel the order multiple times but was informed i would be charged a 25% restocking fee, which would equal $250, for a mirror that I never received. They informed me that the delivery company has not responded to them about my order as well.. BBB has been extremely helpful with a previous situation in the past and I have Faith that you all will be just as awesome this time as well. All I want is my mirror delivered in a timely manner or a total refund which is approximately $1000.
