The attorney simply needs to file the completion of my case plan, evidence of the state funded Lakewiew/ Families first network are in conjunction with one another and are holding my daughter illegally and in the hands of my adopted father whom is 86, has a serious heart condition and still drinks heavily. Watches my daughter when she is not in daycare. Furthermore I don't have a history of mental illness, no criminal history, and i work full time. So Why I have not had visitation with my daughter in 11 months. Is so disgusting and they are still collecting money through the state.Business response

Our office never received the first notice of the BBB complaint. This client has shown hostility towards the attorney and staff at her in office appointment and via phone. The client has failed to discuss the case plan with the attorney in a calm manner in order to form a game plan on proceeding in Court. It is of no fault of the attorney or staff that the client is in her current situation. The attorney was appointed by the court to assist the client, and that's exactly what the attorney has attempted to do. Thank you for reaching out.Customer response

Jessica ***************I was never hostile. I came to my appointment and the attorney demanded that i sit down and shut up. He has a copy of my files he has to review them. He has had my phone number and has never returned my call to touch base on the subject matter. All he needs to do is file the completion of my case plan which even the court has a copy of because I had to send it in myself. And I have copies of all of this time, dated and stamped by Walton County Clerks office, the attorney has to send it in.

Mrs. ******* missed her last scheduled appointment, it was documented that she would not respond to our phone call on October 18th. Our office has since asked Mrs. ******* to schedule another appointment but she has failed to do so. Mrs. ******* has already went through two other attorneys. Mrs. ******* was never told to sit down and shut up. To proceed with her case, she must maintain contact with the attorney and make her scheduled appointments to prepare for Court. An additional attempt will be made to reach Mrs. ******* during business hours to schedule another appointment.Customer response
