There are so many issues, I'm not sure where to begin, I am so absolutely appalled at how Surety Bank has treated me so far. 1)It took Surety Bank close to one month to enable online registration on their website. 2) 6/13/2022 Surety Bank's Wire Department failed to properly convert our Client's account number to the************** ****** format (you have to put PL in front of the account numbers before submitting) and as a result the Wire failed and bounced back to us me on 6/17/2022. As a result, we lost $40 from the ****** bank and $50 Surety Bank fee to wire it to ******. Most importantly, OUR CLIENT WAS NEVER PAID. When I pointed out their mistake, they refused to assume any responsibility for the failed wire. Surety Bank also refused to pay at least the $50 wire fee that they charged me for their failed wire. I addressed this with Mariela (who is very pleasant to work with -her hands were tied and it was out of her control) and she sent an email to be forwarded to the Wire Department to resolve. They told her they would not refund me any of the lost fees. So when I asked for this to be escalated forward to resolve, I was told that I need to call someone named, Juel, but not provided with their contact information, nor was I contacted by them. I have not idea why whoever that person is. At this point, I am appalled that they did not have the common courtesy to either forward me to this mystery person or contact me to resolve this issue. This bank has already been nothing but headaches, stress, wasted energy and time since the very beginning. They've given me the impression that they do not care. 1a)I opened our my Business Checking account with them on May 20, 2022 and attempted to register it on their website that same day but received a continuous error that looped around. 1b)As a result of the above, I was unable to complete basic tasks online and was forced to call each time. 1c)They finally resolved the online registration issue on June 13, 2022
