      The rv was listed ad like new. It was missing a spare, had dry rotted tires, was lacking grease in hubs, has a horribly fouled water tank. This dealer did no inspection or prep before offering for sale. The issues with the dry hubs and biologically fouled water tank were both life threatening and serious defects. I believe the trailer may have been in a flood, but was offered as like new.

      Date of transaction: 01/18/2024 Amount paid for **: $10,500 plus $782 in tax/title fees (although he posted as a private sale NOT a sales lot and he never mentioned nay of that until AFTER he got $10,500 in cash)The business/owner ********************************* doing business as Family **************************** ******, ** advertised the ** as 100% DAMGE FREE (have ad screenshots) and it is seriously damaged with holes in the flooring straing through to the tires, ************ damage, falsely listed the year and size of the rv, grossly overestimated the quality of the interior, and serious impact damage to upper rear of the rv exterior which the seller covered with a false large metal vent - and the damage extended into the bunkroom closet. When confronted with the false ********************* of the reality of the rv condition - the seller, ********************** proceeded to BALME the buyer instead of taking responsibility, then tried to clain he makes little to no profit, then offered a platry $250 refund that he never gave *** ***** plans to hold the title hostage unless I go to his disreputable sale lot to retrieve it when he AGREED to mail it to me. I have reciepts, photos, screenshots of EVERYTHING. He is a lying shyster who has done this to other clients as well. He purposefully HID extensive damage under carpet flaps, black sheetin stapled back up over the holes in the floor under the **, hid structural damage behinbd false grates, didn't let us run out or retract the slides (because it would have allowed us to potentially catch the holes in the flooring), stood in front of the closet door in the bunkroom which we now know was to keep us from seeing that side of the rv damage, and more. He wants cash, he posts as a private seller but makes you pay through his lot which adds hundreds of dollars to the agreed upon price. He has you come to his HOUSE to do further business, as well.

      My honest & provable review of Family RV & Marine Center / ********************************* was denied...? None of the reasons apply. I have supplied all my contact information, sales receipt, fraudulent advertisement, photos of the damaged RV he lies about, AND screenshots of my efforts

      to resolve the situation. I was not trying to rob him like he did to me! I asked for a reasonable refund to offset the lies in his ad that results in my having to have major repairs done. HE LIED & I should be able to warn other consumers. I'm not the only person to go through this with this business but if no one reviews & reports- or the BBB won't post the reviews, they will continue to rip people off & put lives in danger by selling RVs that shouldn't even be on the road!
