    I Bought a product from this business and I paid by my credit card on Aug.28,2023. Delivery time **** days, I was fine with it. Before receiving my item I was requested to pay a custom fee, witch was compare to a product price, very high. I refused to pay this amount of money to the custom office, which means the item will be sent back to the seller. Before I made a final decision to pay, or no pay a custom fee, I had a phone call conversation with this seller, if they would be ok, with return, and my money back terms. The answer was " no problem" if we receive our shipment back, you get your money. So the deal was done. I found after two month, that my money are not coming back to my account. I've contacted a post office, tracked that shipment and fount that transaction was done perfectly. Seller received this item on Sept.28.2023. So, I made a phone call again and talked to probably same lady again, about to get my money back, as we've agreed before. The answer was" I'm sorry we didn't received this item within 30 days. I can give you some discount, if you buy next time from us. I wanted to talk to the owner of the business, she didn't give me any contact to him. This is absolute a spit in the face feeling. Something like that happens in ***, patriotic state, *******. Shame on you!!!!! If I would be dealing with business in communist country, I wouldn't be surprised. And again as what I've said on beginning of this story, They have delivery terms **** days!!!!!

    Hey,We understand your frustration, however you did place your order on 8/28/23 and contacted us Sept 16th when you refused to pay your countrys duties, which are not our responsibility, nor do we have any way to pay those customs fees. When dealing with international commerce it is important for you the consumer to know and stay up to date on your countrys policies when it comes to importing goods even for personal use.When you called to refuse paying customs, it was still within our ************************************************************************** time for the refund. Unfortunately, it did not get returned to us in time as we did not physically receive the package back until 9/30/23. Which is 33 days past your order date.As per our return policy clearly stated on our site and you agree to these ****************** when placing the order,Return Policy If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return product[s] within ********************************************************* its original sealed package for a refund minus original shipping cost (Customer is responsible for any return shipping cost). If part of your order is opened, please return the remaining unopened product for a partial refund based on the amount of unused product. Refunds can take up 7 to 14 business days to show up in your bank/credit card account.Even if we had received it on the date that you claim you would still have been 31 days after ordering.It is also against our policy to give out contact information of anyone working for us for safety reasons. Your concerns and order information was given to the owner who gave a generous offer to resolve this situation and you turned it down. As for shipping times, since we use third party shipping solutions and your order did have to go through customs, they are outside of our control. We do our best to keep you informed by providing that information prior to you order and as previously mentioned when you placed the order you agreed to our return policy under the terms and conditions and were made aware of the shipping times we do offer a faster shipping option as well but you chose the **** business day option. We hope this clears up any issues and that youre able to make more informed purchases in the future.
