A few weeks ago I noticed my car stereo screen was glitching and cutting in and out. When I brought it to the dealership, I was told it would cost at least $1200 to fix. After a quick ****** search, I came across Custom Car Works. From the first phone call, ***** was able to tell me exactly what needed to be fixed and offered to get me in the same day. He was just as kind and thorough in person, explaining how they were going to fix my stereo and speakers. After a new system was replaced, my car sounded AMAZING. Even better than before ! Definitely an upgrade. Not only that, I was charged a quarter of what I would have ended up paying at the dealership. I am so happy with the work they did. ***** and ****** definitely knows what they're doing and they are extremely passionate about it.

I was hopeful about doing business here based on the reviews but my experience has been beyond terrible and I got seriously scammed :(.My car has been making a screeching sound coming from the rear speakers and I was hoping it would be an easy fix.- On 5/24/23, I was told by ***** that I needed a new amp . I was given a date- the following Friday- to bring the car in . I was told that I could use the courtesy car (an Infiniti G37) while my car was being serviced. I paid close to $ 400 so that the part could be ordered - I called the shop- the day before my appointment. I was then told that the courtesy car was in the shop and that no one would be able to give me a ride home (as previously discussed) . I took the car into the shop , got an Uber went back to work only to be told that the wrong part had been ordered. - I took the car in a second time, got an Uber went back to work, only to pick the car up later and notice that the screeching sound had only gotten worse .- I took the car in a third time as they said, it was likely a wire issue . I picked the car up yesterday and the screeching sounds were severely worse.- I called the shop today, 6/21/23, to let ***** know about the issue. I was met with a lot of gaslighting and a statement of I can give you your money back and you can let ************* charge you whatever. I agreed that I would like a refund . That was countered with Well, you will have to bring your debit card to the shop and we will have to get our amp /supplies out of the your car because I spent a lot of money on the parts . Then ***** made another suggestion of How about you bring the car, and then we keep it a couple of days to fix it ?I have taken the car in 3+ times to resolve an issue that was not gotten resolved. *** also spent over $100 in Uber fees due to their screwups. Please do not patronize this business .

Full refund was given to customer. The ******** sound system was fully functional after installing new amplifier, but apparently there is another issue in her vehicle causing static. Apologies & refund given
