    Not Truthful with new business client even when credit card was used to become a premium member to their services, belittling a new business, canceled service without any notice. Assuming the business does not have proper requirements when all information was provided truthfully including personal information such as vehicle information, vehicle insurance, business general liability insurance business address information. Will not answer phone calls for days knowing that their potential client may have a question. When finally got a hold of someone they did not even ask who I was and my information seemed to be memorized by this company as they knew my information just by a phone call before I even had a chance to provide that information which seemed to be the reason why my calls are being ignored intentionally. Their customer service is horrible and they do not stick to what their policy is and pick and choose their business clients even after they ask for credit card information then cancel you once they have that info.

    Our company has requirements for membership which are posted in our Terms and Conditions and on our sign up page. We review all new companies who register to determine if they have the proper requirements which include having a physical business office address (not a PO, home or virtual office) and general liability business insurance and cargo insurance on a company level. Additional requirements which are posted on the sign up page include being in business at least 1 year, having a website and business phone and email address.  If a company signs up , we require a credit card which is not charged.  There is no charge for the first 30 days.  For all new members we review their insurance, website and other information. If we find it does not meet the requirements the account is removed and the account is notified.  This account did not pay anything and must not have met our requirements.  We have an affiliated site for smaller businesses that do not meet these requirements - that we refer companies to as an alternative.
