    They first started me with a fake version of Invisalign that was super painful and did not fix my teeth and wasted my time. Then they had me to do Invisalign after that. My teeth are not straight and they're refused to finish my Invisalign and asking for more money. I ask to speak to the Dentist and they first say the reason why she can't get on the phone is because she's in the middle of medical procedure. Ok fine... When can I speak with the Dentist. "You can't. I'm the one that speaks with the dentist" I said how much will this cost? She said she didn't know and that I had to come in (they know I live an hour away and it's hard for me to come in). The receptionist was not friendly and did not give good customer service. Then I Uber’ed from Miami (planned to arrive 30 minutes earlier in case there was traffics) and noticed that the unexpected car accident was going to put me about 30 minutes longer than the typical 1 hour drive, so I should be good. Well, I called Linton twice to update them on my status and what ended up happening is that I arrived one minute late and then the receptionist told me to wait for 2 to 3 minutes and then they said “oh we have stopped taking patients now so you’ll have to come back another day” knowing that I live in miami and made a special trip up and received my communication 2 times on the way up with updates. Unbelievable. I switched dentists to say the least. However, I was still roped in with them for my Invisalign… And now, when I lost a retainer and I’m fearing that my teething are shifting, they won’t help me with my retainers! I’m considering suing them for damages as it might be the most appropriate thing to do considering I will have to pay more money because they’re withholding information and not helping me with the retainers! Bad practice! Bad receptionist! Bad leadership!
