On December 14, I sold my car to Grieco Mazda of Delray Beach for $14,000. After the 20-day period, the dealership had total uncertainty over the transaction. I was told a payment would come soon. Many more days passed and am still waiting for the check to my credit union which has the lien. I am also waiting for my equity check. In the lapse, I have had to pay an extra car payment as well as extra interest on the car as the time continues. I had to reach out-of-state Mazda dealers to put pressure on this dealership. According to the dealer, the lateness was blamed on the firing of a manager and a remodel. Then I started to receive harassing calls and messages from the service department as if I brought my car in for service. I am requesting in addition to my sale of the car which was grossly undervalued, for the payment of interest, the financial burden and the stress this has caused me in the interim. It has impacted my credit and my ability to make financial transactions. I am now requesting at present $15,000 or may pursue legal recourse if payment not received promptly.

I purchased a car this week from Grieco Mazda in Delray Beach ** based on the offer they gave me for my trade-in.Car was purchased. Contracts were signed and I drove the car home. Two days later they called to say their appraisal was wrong and I owed them more money. I was pressured by them and charged $2800 more to make up the difference. I have since learned that the original contract was binding. Not my fault the appraisal was wrong. I feel deceived and cheated.

I was a vendor for Grieco Mazda. I bought a 2016 **C Canyon from them September 2022 within two weeks of the purchase. I had advised the manager that the transmission was acting up. He put me in touch with the services department. The truck was inspected by a young man, who advised me to come back in a week to have the work done. After coming back, I was told the young man had been fired. It took about another month for my truck to be inspected. They told me they did not have the parts to fix it and they were going to send it to Chevrolet. We are now in December when Chevrolet advise me that it would cost a few thousand dollars to have the car fixed , I went back to Mazda where they tried selling me a different truck to get into but I was upside down on the canyon that would not work. They then had me purchase an extended warranty, which I did in good faith I do work for them Chevrolet supposedly fixed the transmission they had me pick up the truck Driving home with the hour of picking it up. My truck had no brakes. I called them upset and they advised me to bring the truck in the next day. I brought the truck in the next day and for three weeks I heard nothing I called them and they advised me that the brakes were not working and since they were not covered under warranty, it would cost me several more thousand dollars , I asked to speak to the service manager who told me they would fix it. Five months went by. I finally got my truck back in June 2023. The service guy had asked me if I canceled my warranty and I had informed them yes because it did not cover the brakes. He then told me I shouldnt have done that because I may have future problems with the transmission . September 1 came in. My transmission blew out again. I went to the ** at Mazda and he advised me the car was sold as is coming off the lot I went to the ** at Chevrolet and he advised me they were going to fix it 2,days later he reneged. Ive kept all the text messages and videotaped our meetings.

on December 9TH 2022 I bought a 2016 chrysler 200s from grieco mazda at delray beach, dealership. within the 1st week i had an overheating issue with the car. instead of them breaking the deal, (Which was possible due to me calling the bank, i financed with santander consumers, the dealership refused the option, it was completely up to THERE discretion.) instead they gave me a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty to fix my car and replace the engine, they told me at the most it would take month to complete. it took almost a year for them to get the engine and once they finally completed the car which was due for TODAY! SEPTEMBER 14TH 2023 they called me to pick up the vehicle, and the car is in even worst shape than when i gave it to them almost a year ago, the overheating issue is not resolved and they broke my front windshield in the car. when i asked what happen nobody knew what was wrong, now they took the car back. i only drove the car for a week, last year. and they had in there service shop ever since, i pay all the bills for the car, havent missed a payment. At the beginning of the year i wanted to wait till the job was done. but they lied in so many way, the evidence i have for them wasting my time and money could fill a book. grieco mazda on delray beach is at 100% fault and they know that. i want them responsible for everything they put me through, im only 19 years old they took advantage of me thinking i didnt know my information. when i bought the car at 18. but i been keeping track of the law and technically they owe me a new vehicle. i constantly have to reach out to them, and been to the dealership over 10 times, please give me help and information on my situation.p.s. the vehicle is still in there possession.and have been since December 2022 i have spent total over $10,400 on a car that havent seen the light of day. 1200$ down payment 5400$ total in monthly payments (10 months)3800$ total in monthly insureance payment's (10 months)

Last month, I test drove a 2023 front wheel drive Mazda3 hatchback at Grieco. The dealer called me repeatedly to come back for a month-end deal. I did. They didn't have the color/option I wanted. It would take 6-8 weeks to get a color I wanted. Rather than wait (and pass up a month-end deal) they convinced me to buy a more expensive model with all wheel drive, similar in color. The test was quick, about 2 miles in busy city traffic. I purchased the car on 3-31-23. That night I drove on the highway and experienced driving unlike the initial test drive. The steering was stiff on turns and ************ that required my full attention to keep the car center in the lane. The next day I returned to the dealership wanting to cancel the deal. The manager ******* said no. Explaining the problem, I was told to have service look at the car. Appointment made on the 3rd business day. I explained my complaint to the service manager who said that is a characteristic of the all wheel drive, different from front drive. It's electronically controlled steering with no options to change the way it handles. I went back to management and ****** (sits by *******) and explained I'm stuck with a car I dislike. What's my recourse? He asked if I wanted to try the front drive like I originally wanted. I agreed and tested on the highway. He proposed a deal for that car with a full trade for the first car. I negotiated a small difference as the front drive was less money. Shake hands, finance a new loan. The next day, the finance manager called and put me on with ******* who said there was a typo in the calculation. I owe them an additional $8,000. Come back to sign a new contract. I disputed the possibility of an error so great. I was told it's the payoff on the first loan. If I don't pay it, they will repossess my car and ruin my credit. I stated "That sounds like a threat" They emailed a revised buyers order where the original loan wasn't washed out. It's math I don't understand. Deceptive?

Customer has taken his original car back. The payoff quote that given to ** was from the original deal that was quoted to ** from his lender. Unfortunately, he was not willing to finance the difference in the original payoff quote. He willingly returned the vehicle last month without incident. We voided any charges for restocking fees or return fees due to the error on the part of his lender.

Purchased a used vehicle off of them on 08/27/22. I was promised that the paint and panel gaps would be fixed on the fenders. The salesman said he would try to get me a manual for the vehicle as well. The salesman promised they would set an appointment for 08/30/22 to fix paint and panel gap with a loaner. On the drive home with the vehicle a light came on the dashboard which described an AFS malfunction (headlight actuator) and I noticed wheel locks on the vehicle. I informed the salesman the next day that a light came on and that it had a wheel lock that I did not have the key for, he said he would look into the issue for the light and would try to find a key for the wheel lock or replace with the locks with regular lug nuts. After canceling the appointment to fix the issues with the car multiple times I texted the salesman a concern I had with a strange noise coming from the transmission/engine. He was very dismissive and rude accusing me of trying to hustle him and stated that he saw how I drive. All I wanted was to check if my concern was valid or not, especially that the vehicle in name is still under warranty for the power train. Some time later I requested a copy of the *** form I filled out promising me the repairs which he never sent due to his managers never responding to his request. On 10/05/22 I got another light on my dashboard, a traction control light. I informed him stating that I was worried about the vehicles condition he sold me, he told me he was working on it. It has been over a month and a half now that Im waiting for a supposed loaner car. Im tired of waiting especially because the car keeps giving codes left and right. There has been minimal help from the salesman and he seems to not care, on top of being rude. I would drop the car off if I could but I cant because the dealer is in Delray Beach and I live in ***** Beach. This behavior is completely unprofessional

Phone call harassment. Will not stop calling, at all hours of the night. Call from different numbers even after blocking their numbers. Have random people from the dealership call and harass me for business. This needs to stop
