      Brought vehicle in due to leak in drivers side. Advised two service reps leak in drivers side. Water tech showed he did water test saw water in drivers side but replaced rear seal. Service advisor Kevin first told me they do that, replace rear seal because that's what causes front leak. Called me back apologize what's your Correct mistake. I look in rear water tech left glue and grease all over my vehicle. Dealership first lied to me and there only water guy damaged rear of vehicle. Seeking restitution. Need my refund of $416. Plus damages. I will not go back there since their only water tech already damaged my vehicle once. Service advisor who lied and called me multiple times is Kevin McGlynn. I need help I want my refund and restitution for damages.

The client was fully aware that we were going to process a total refund. Because of the online payment process the refund could not be done the same day as we had to wait for processing, in the meantime the client disputed the charge on her payment card. We received the chargeback request from the merchant payment processing company and we accepted the chargeback, therefore no refund is necessary. They are the only business that can't refund a customer immediately and are making me wait for my money while my jeep continues to get wet inside.? This speaks volumes to who they are Also they hired the person that damaged my vehicle which took place on the dealership premises I want my full refund finally and for damages caused by the "water guy" they hired. I want money for damages to have the work he did, that never needed to be done .He left glue and grease all over when he replaced perfectly good seal /weather stripping with rubber that doesn't fit right in the rear.. This now needs to be fully replaced They owe me my full refund for the first transaction along with money to have the rear fully replaced.       My experience with ********** has been the most undesirable experience I've had thus far at a dealership. To start, I made an appointment salesman Eric at 5pm 10/14/21. I drove from Miami to Delray Beach to purchase a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I arrive only to find out that the vehicle is not on the property. The GM decided to take the vehicle home as a demo car. I of course, wanted to see the vehicle being that I drove over an hour and made an APPOINTMENT for that specific vehicle. The Sales Manager refuses to turn around and bring the car back and instead tells the sales associate to prepare another Jeep, fill it up with gas, and drive to the home of the Manager and swap cars. The GM lives 20 minutes away, he could have easily met halfway and saved time, instead I had to wait over an hour for this exchange. The pre-owner manager Eli Garcia, was unapologetic throughout the experience for the inconvenience. As I drove on the highway the next day to work, the Jeep had a horrible vibration & the steering shook badly. I took the car to a mechanic thinking it's an alignment issue & I'd rather deal with another mechanic than go back to the dealership. I was unable to get an alignment because the back tires are badly warped and need to be replaced. I went back to the dealership & informed Eli that the tires were warped, and that this should have been caught during the certified pre-owned inspection and replaced. (I still have not received the inspection report). Eli had Frank Santilli (Service advisor) check the tire and confirm the tires were visibly warped and would order me new tires. Monday 10/18/21 and that I would be called when the tires arrive. Over a week later, 10/27/21 I have yet to hear back so I call Frank to see the status of the tire delivery. I now find out, the tires were never ordered and that they need me to come in to schedule a road force balance. THIS WAS ALREAY ESTABLISHED. Do the right thing & replace the warped tires! This is a safety hazard!
