      Walked in to the store for purchase. Had my Service Dog with me. (ADA ************* # ******) There were 4 workers in the store and a few customers. I was told to "get that dog out of here" by a worker. I advised her that I was okay. She then yelled at me to get the dog out, and that the dog was scaring customers. This was not so. When I educated her and told her that this was a Service Dog and had a right to be there, she started yelling at me for papers demanding I leave and that I would not be served. I ignored her and made my purchase. The cashier was fine. I left the store. After tying my dog outside I went back in so that I could get the employees' name to file a complaint. She refused so i took her picture. I asked for the Manager and was immediately yelled at by the manager saying I was harassing her and her employees. My voice never rose once and I just asked for names. The manager then proceeded to lie about my dog saying that the dog was licking the food. She continued lying stating that "others" would corroborate her story. This I found insulting and 100% untrue. My service dog is a trained Border Collie and worth over $20,000.00 The dog obeys 100% of the time. I am sure that the video cameras will prove her story untrue and show the Service Dog quietly standing at attention by my left side. the dog was also short leashed. I repeatedly asked for names but instead the Manager called the police to have me escorted out. I left the store and waited for the police to arrive. When they arrived the police informed me that "they" wanted me to leave. I had already left but the police advised me to get off the property. Simply put, The employee did not know the law concerning Service Dogs and the Manager lied to me and to the police concerning the behavior of the dog.
