Purchased my items but never received them. **** said it was delivered. But there was no key for the parcel box in my mailbox. So I didn't receive my products.claim # ********. Emailed Dermachom on 10/28/24 . I received an email from them saying they received my ticket and would get back to me. It said usually within 24 hours . Had no response from them so I sent another ticket and they received it. Have not received a response from them it's now 11/4/24 and ticket is still showing open. Need a response and refund from Dermachom.Business response

Upon investigation, we confirmed that the original shipment encountered delivery issues. We promptly processed a replacement package for the customer. Tracking records confirm that the replacement was successfully delivered.

I purchased an item on 5/15/2024 in the amount of $164.08. I decided I wanted a different item and proceeded to contact the company for a refund. I sent them 4 different emails via their information on their website. As of today 6/17/2024 I have not received a reply of ANY kind. I did send the item back on 6/3/2024 by **** tracking #********************** and it was delivered on 6/5/2024 to 4746 NE 12th. Ave. , ************, Fl 3334-1649 which is where it came from. I enclosed a letter explaining why I was sending it back and that I had sent emails with no response. I haven't received a response from the return/letter or a refund. I did contact my credit card company so we'll see where that gets us. Also, I did file a complaint with the Attorney General in *******. It really does seem this is a scam. The company has no phone number listed anywhere to contact them. I am at my wits end at this point. Also, I did order a different product from them before I knew this was all going to happen and did not receive the whole order. I can't contact anyone.Business response

We would like to address the concerns raised in the complaint:
Refund Issued: We have correctly refunded the customer on June 18th, 2024, based on the returned package received. The refund process was completed without any issues, and the amount was credited back to the customer's account. This can be verified via the attached Shopify order page/history.
Email Communication: We have not received any further emails from the customer following the initial communication. This may be due to a technical issue, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this lack of correspondence.
Attached Documentation: Please find attached the Shopify order page/history as proof of the refund issued on June 18th, 2024.
We regret any frustration or inconvenience experienced by the customer. We value their business and hope this resolution meets their satisfaction.
