      DO NOT PURCHASE A MEMEBERSHIP!! It is not worth it. I was caught in Hurricane *** and had to be rescued, I had my vehicle towed to a mechanic shop to try and save it as it was submerged in water, it is deemed inoperable but I am no longer there as my home is also unlivable. I now need the car towed out of there but I currently have no way around and am far away. They refuse to tow it back because I cant be there. Why the h*** am I paying them? They had also refused to put in a battery, in which we pay for that plan. All the money that has been paid to this membership is a total waste!!. Not to mention everyone is quite aware of the devastation in ************* ** yet, they would not help. Please remember this when thinking about buying a membership, when 1000's are in crisis this company right here, refused to help. It is no wonder their star rating is 1...should be 0. Do not help these people stay in business.

      AAA has finally lost our business after 20 years. This was the straw that broke the camels back. My daughter was driving home last night after work and she had to detour thru a dirt road. She got stuck in the dirt and the car would not move. The area she was in was very dark and very scary for her to be there at a later hour. When she called AAA they said they couldnt give her a response time but they would put the order in and let her know when the order actually goes in. She sat there for three hours and called them back only for them to tell her they are still waiting for the order to be picked up. She was upset beyond words. One of her friends came at 2am to try to get her unstuck but was not successful. So they waited a couple more hours and called AAA only to be told they couldnt have someone out there until 9am???????????????? yes 9am.So, after sitting there all night until daylight around ****pm the tow truck pulls up and says I didnt know you were stuck in the dirt, a different truck needs to do this job, I cant do that. ??????????????????That was the end of triple A for us. Her friend went home and got shovels and literally dug her car out of the dirt.If AAA doesnt have better communication with the ppl they send to help I dont see this company lasting much longer. NANANANA NANANANA HEY HEY HEY GOODBYE!!!!!!!!!!

      AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Had a battery replaced on 8/22/22 by AAA. On 9/28/22 dead battery. Call. 8 hours later tow truck arrives. I NEED BATTERY SERVICE. Tow truck driver tells me no longer battery service in my area. Jumps battery. 10/9/22 Dead battery. Another jump. Take car to Auto zone bad battery. Now trying to get AAA to replace battery but guess what? No longer battery service in my area. NOW I HAVE TO GO TO A SHOP GET A NEW BATTERY. AND **** TO GOD THAT AAA WILL REIMBURSE ME. Worst car experience ever. Countless phone calls they have the worst customer service.

      I waited eight hours for a tow truck to come then they call me and tell me they have no one to come in. They were supposed to be here at 2:30 and I called them at noon then they called me back at 8 PM and told me no one can help me worst company ever.

      Absolutely terrible! I bought their service, and 2 days later needed a jump start. They called me back telling me that I need a tow because I'm on the road. I explained what I explained in the initial call that I'm actually on the exit, and there is zero traffic (or I would ask someone for a jump). They kept telling me that it's a priority dispatch, and I'll get a call shortly. That was not the case at all!I called them back every hour, and each time I was told the same thing. Priority dispatch, get call quickly.It was 40 degrees out, and I was wearing flip-flops. It was hard to focus on anything but the cold. I couldn't even charge my phone up, and was concerned that I wouldn't be able to be contacted if they ever did decide to call.After sun-up, I did get a call from a towing vendor- he told me that AAA doesn't pay enough, which is probably why I couldn't get anyone to come out all night, if we're being honest.I called AAA yet again, and they showed that the company had approved service, but then pulled their approval. So, hang tight, we'll call you shortly. After 9 hours, they finally dispatched someone. Thankfully, I had pulled over in an area that was due to have construction done, so the construction crew gave me a jumpstart, as AAA's guy was still 40 minutes away.I sent a frustrated email to customer support- a week went by, no reply. I called for a refund as obviously this company is inept and does not care about their clients. I was on hold for lengthy amounts of time, I was transferred again and again, and had to confirm my account 3 times. Had to speak to 5 people and waste an hours of my time just to get a refund. Despite the fact that it's less than a week since I purchased, and they did not help me at all, but rather wasted my time and put me at risk, they still would not refund the enrollment fee.When I posted my story online, I had dozens of people come out with their own AAA horror stories. Avoid this scam company. FFF!

      I broke down on the 60 freeway in my truck with my ***************** and called AAA I was sitting at the side of the freeway. She said it would be about an hour and a half until somebody came to get me. 5 minutes shy of when they should have been there she called and said he wasn't coming. She called me back 20 minutes later and said she found somebody that would come tell me but he wanted $500 on the spot and it would be an hour and a half before he came. We have RV and motorcycle add-ons to our car policy so why would it be an extra $500. Finally told her to forget it we would deal with it on our own after sitting on the side of the 60 Freeway for 3 hours. Needless to say we will be canceling our membership first thing in the morning and never deal with AAA again.

      My Son broke down in ************ *******. He is on my account, I have been a member for over 7 years. I have never had an issue until tonight. He broke down in a bad neighborhood. He was told it would be 90 min. for someone to get to him. He was also told, if it was delayed he would be contacted. After nearly 4 hrs. He called my to tell me how bad AAA was and asked me what he was suppose to do. He was still waiting and had not heard from anyone. I called in to complain and was told it would be another 90min. after he had been waiting with no contact for 4hrs. I was just on the phone with him and he said the *** was now showing that a driver would be there a 2:30 AM. He called in at 6pm ******* time. This is totally unacceptable!! I pay for AAA to protect my family... That has not happened tonight!!!! Extremely disappointed!
